@tigerlance yung akin wala akong inattach na certificate to prove yung mga nilagay ko sa CPD, positive outcome naman. Bullet form lang ung akin tpos see below sample format na ginamit ko sakin.

Regarding Home Affairs, not sure if may bearing, hindi pa ako umaabot sa visa lodge 🙂 pero I would assume na they would bank on the result na ibibigay ni EA for any skills assessment matters. May kakilala ako na hindi na din naman naglagay ng certificates sa mismong visa application. Let's see ano pa isasagot ng mga kasama natin 🙂

a. yes, lagay mo. Even books na binasa mo to enhance your skill, pwede mo ilagay.

b. yes, kasi CPD ay Continuing Professional Development. 😃

c. just roughly estimate, pwede na yun. Not really needed ung exact details.

d. nope, hindi hihingi si DIBP ng kahit anong cert unless PRC cert.

@tigerlance inimbento ko lang CPD ko e haha. AFAIK the only thing na ipapasa sa DIBP is employment docs, not seminars.

Just received an email from EA:

“Due to the recent holiday shutdown period, applications have taken longer than the advertised 15 working days to reach an assessing case officer.

We are working tirelessly to ensure we are back on track with our advertised turnaround period and ask for your cooperation and patience throughout.

I can see currently we are allocating applications submitted from the 22/02/2018, given that your application was submitted on the 04/03/2018 you can expect your application to be assigned within 2 weeks.

Please keep in mind that the time frame for receiving an outcome depends solely on the quality of the lodged application.

Engineers Australia will not be responsible for the length of time to finalise assessments as a result of incorrect or incomplete applications.

Contacting Engineers Australia within these timeframes may further delay processing times for all applications.

If after this time you have not had an outcome, please contact us and we will follow this up for you.”

So mga 2 weeks pa bago maassign sakin (submitted March 24). Fast track.

Regarding dun sa workshop provider di ko na ilalagay kung sakali sa list.

Di ko na siguro ilalagay yung seminar pertaining to redcross, moral values at work kasi pampahaba lang sa CPD baka kasi di na kasya sa isang A4. (kung di siya related sa engineering profession kahit na during the duration of my employment history). Tama ba?

Regarding transcript of records..

In my transcript, I have Sining ng Pakikipagtalastasan I and II.

I have also a document from the office of the registrar that translated the following descriptive title in English with its corresponding course description.

Do I need to submit this kind of document? (Where documents are not in the English language,

you must upload colour scans of the documents in the

original language as well as English language translations.

@tigerlance di ko gano gets ung description mo pero if may non-English language sa documents mo, I think need mo ipatranslate. Or if tama ako ng pagkakaintindi na may description naman siya, assuming na legal school document ito (sorry for the lack of word, basta school talaga nag-issue with the logo and all) baka pwede na pero kung nagdodoubt ka, patranslate mo nalang siguro.

@tigerlance in my opinion, di na kailangan translate ang transcript, maliban nalang kung ang transcript ay nakasulat sa Filipino, ang pagkaintindi ko ay iilang subjects lang ang nakasulat sa Filipino. Di ko na matandaan kung meron nga ba sa transcript ko in Filipino, pero mukhang meron ata. Di naman titingnan yan ni EA or DIBP ng isa-isa yan... ang mahalaga sa transcript yung Remarks na you've earned a Degree... Sana makatulong... Goodluck..

@dorbsdee Thanks for your encouragement I really need this. Even my agent cannot give me any sort of direction as she mentioned that she never have experience rejection with her client before and so this is the first 🙁.... Anyway I will work on it and hopefully will get positive one.

@dorbsdee In my transcript, the two subjects were in Filipino. I already accomplished

the certification from the university which has English translation of the two subjects with their corresponding english course description. It was signed by the registrar. Is it enough?

or I will hire the services of English translator to translate 4 words written in Filipino?

What company that will offer services of translating documents in English? How much will it cost? Is it per word? per document?

@jazmyne18 Yes, it is legal coming from the registrar. My concern is if it is enough for EA or I will hire the services of English translator to translate the 4 words in my transcript.

@tigerlance I reckon, it is suffice, but if you would to like to consider translation service, I had my documents from the Middle East and Korea translated by LEXCODE INC. I couldn't remember the exact amount they've charged me, approx. 5000 PhP for 3 documents... It is per document, not per letter/ word, but really depends on the contents of your document. You can google and check their website, then, you can call them and send them e-mail for enquiry. I used the translated documents for my EA assessment as well as for the visa application.

Hello everyone, good morning.

Tanong lang po. For EA assessment, I am planning to submit my PAGIbig statement of account. Kaso po I had the document last jan2015. So Sa end Ng document may nakalagay na “statement as of Jan 2015”.

Ang question ko po. Do I need to ask for latest print from pagibig para maupdate ung statement na “ statement as of April 2018”. Or pwede na po ba isubmit ung luma na May nakalagay “as of Jan2015”. In terms naman Ng content Ng statement same lang concern ko lang baka po need Ng latest print.

Kindly assist to enlighten me. Salamat po in advance! 🙂

@michtery_aus if 2015 pa, mukhang kailangan mo yata iupdate kasi masyadong malayo ang 3 years to prove yung employment. Same employer ito? Bukod sa pagibig, may iba ka pang supporting document?
