@mr_pogi - current assessment turnaround is approx 19weeks.

bkt po magpapa-assess pa si misis nyo? i see na naka submit na kayo EOI...kulang ba sa points?

hi po.. sa mga nagpaassessed po, how long before magstart ang assessment after nila mareceived yung docs? nagsubmit po ako ng docs and ielts results last week of May, pero until now di pa din nachacharge yung credit card ko.. nacheck ko naman po sa courier nareceived na nila yung docs ko, three days after sending. nagwoworry na po ako 🙁

@almirajanea - yes once mareceived nila ang docs.. baka na-received na nila pero hindi pa nila na process ang payment.. you should receive a receipt soon..

Opo idol, nakapag-eoi na po ako. Hindi lang maupdate yung timeline at medyo busy. Hihi! Eto ngayon iupdate ko na. 🙂

Hi po sa inyo lahat..Civil engineer po ako, i graduated last April 2010...pwede mag-ask kung pwede ba ako makawork australia kahit 2 years pa lang experience ko..naga work po ako ngayon sa DAR XII..At balak mag-exam sa IELTS..Pls help me poh...

For the EA assessment, I coursed through an agency cause I had no idea yet how to go about things until I found this forum. Anyway, I was going to use credit card for payment of assessment but agency said na hindi pwede. I thought it was weird cause its an option available in the form but I listened din naman and just got a bank draft. my experience with bank draft is I got the receipt from EA after 3-4 weeks (Philippine address) or 1 week (Aussie address). Im not confirming na kailangan bank draft but just sharing what the agency said. If you are in doubt or anxious on the payment status, I would suggest you call EA. I have tried calling them for some clarifications.

Para po sa partner points.. hehe.. Sayang po kc yung 5 points.

Pero kung ganun po katagal yung process bka dna cguro maka abot yung results ni misis, since nka submit nko ng EOI.

Pag nag submit po ba sa EA pra mag pa assess need parin po i-submit together yung IELTS results ni misis?

your occupation is in CSOL sched 2, right?
if yes, therefore you will be applying for visa 190 SS
for visa 190 SS, you dont really need a higher score, 55+5pts SS=60 is enough
have you applied for SS already?, once your SS is approved, you will get an automatic invitation for visa application.

regarding your question:

@erik - youre question is pwede ba magkawork? yes.. possible

are you going to apply directly to companies (for work visa sponsorship)?
or are you going to apply for your own skills assessment and skilled migrant visa on your own (just like most of us here)?

tama po CSOL sched 2. nka 60 points npo ako. Gusto q sna maging 65 points kung sakali positive assessment si misis pra mas unahin ma invite po sana. 🙂

@mr_pogi - as i've said, for visa 190, you're total score would not matter..

you should immediately get an invitation from the State, once your SS is approved.

so my personal opinion, wag ng magpa-assess dahil gastos at time na naman un..

yung mas mataas na score ranking will only matter for visa 189..

saang state kayo nag-apply ng SS?

Nilagay ko po na NSW.. pero yung skills ko sa South Australia malaki yung demand.

Sana nga po ma invite kami agad... concern ko lang kc bka matagal yung invite sa 190.

Eh si misis pde sya sa subclass 189, kaso d xa agad makaka submit ng EOI, dahil need pa mag gather ng mga requirements.

Dun po sa EOI may selection "In which State or Territory would the client be interested in seeking nomination from?"

Pinili ko po is NSW.

May Note po "The State or Territory selected is under no obligation to contact the client."

"Would the client be prepared to live outside an Australian capital city?*

This question will not affect eligibility for selected visa types in this EOI. This is only information to help Employers or State/Territory governments to search for relevant EOIs."
