Hi, im Catherine, I just would like to ask question/s in regards to my Qualification and Work Experience assessment. I have e-mailed EA regarding the status of it and get back a reply that follows:
While going through your application for the Qualification and Work Experience (WE) assessment, I noted the following:
•Evidence of Master's program, you claim to have completed, is not provided. You are required to submit certified copies of the Testamur and the Transcript for this program.
•The copy of the reference letter from (my Company name), you provided, is not signed. You are required to submit the certified signed copy of the reference letters.
My questions:
I did not claim any point in my Master's degree bec I have not completed the course but did mentioned it in my CV & CPD, what would I Do next? can I reply them via e-mail since I don't have the papers they are asking? (noting that no other formal communication will be undertaken as stated in the e-mail)
Also For the reference letter asked, I have given them the original so why I need to give Certified signed copy?
Lastly, they cannot evaluate further my Work Experience unless no.2 will be submitted. Technically speaking I don't have any papers more to provide them bec as per MSA booklet I can submit either Original papers or Certified True Copy of Papers.
Please advise me on these. I am really confused on what to do next. I will be grateful for your help. =(
