Good morning pinoyAu. Ask ko lang po sana yung case na si employer pagdating sa CoE e ayaw mag disclose ng job description insisting that they only follow a certain strict format. Possible po ba na iseparate nalang yung job description on a separate letter signed by your Manager?

@zirko Hi sir, regarding dun sa evidence that you mentioned ibig sabihin ba sir di acceptable na evidence yung CoE? Parang sayang naman sir yung 9months. What evidence is EA looking for in particular? Di po ba vineverify ni EA yan sa other docs lang SSS statement of account?

@kenroy mas okay kung makakakuha ka ng company letterhead tapos dun mo prprint yung JD then signed by your MG, malalagay mo pa lahat ng mga essential details as what EA wants

Hi @kenroy . I already have more than enough experience to get maximum points. Not claiming those 9 months had no impact to my points, maximum still. I just submitted docs on hand for that short stint with no intent to comply with requirements. Besides, it was not strongly related to my nominated skill. HTH.

@zirko Hi sir prob ko kasi yung isang major work experience ko e ayaw mag bigay ng CoE with Job Description because they are following "strict format" of CoE. Kung gagawa po kaya ako ng separate letter (additional) with my JD signed by my boss tatanggapin po kaya ng EA yon?

@kenroy, I would have done the same. The separate letter is already statutory declaration, on which I have no first-hand experience. Let's wait for inputs from other members.

@kenroy read with caution since last year pa ako nagpa-assess. 🙂

I did my own certificate of employment (reference letter) for EA MSA purposes. Kinumpleto ko yung option 1 sa p30 nung MSA booklet. I think most companies have a generic COE nga lang na iniissue nila. Nakiusap lang ako kung pwede nila itransfer sa letterhead and sign-an yung document na ginawa ko. I showed them also the MSA booklet para mas maintindihan nila bakit ganun yung request ko. Both companies na nirequest-an ko agreed and both also got positive rsea.

Now di ko lang masabi sa visa part kasi i dont have my grant yet.

@chyrstheen Hi madam thanks for replying. I did gave them the checklist indicated in the MSA booklet but still insist that it was company policy to not give me. May I also ask if anyone here have tried asking for a copy of their job offer letter? Mine was washed away during the calamity. I was wondering if it is alright to ask one (some refuses to give).

@kenroy kung makakakuha ka nang cover letter, problem solved since pipirma naman pala si MG mo.

@VirGlySyl HI madam mejo maconfuse lang po ako. May I know po regarding sa cover letter? By that i mean yung content dapat nya since i am asking for a job offer letter (since they wont issue the JD to my requested CoE) iin order to comply with the requirements?

@kenroy company letterhead pala, so Sorry. kung makakakuha ka nuun dun mo na lang gawin lahat ng detailes na kailangan ni EA then sign mo na lang kay MG mo.

@kenroy include all of this then magagamit mo na din to as reference din ni DHA as proof of ur skilled employment.
