Hi All,

Pwede po ba gamitin ang Overseas Employment Certificate as proof of employement, naka indicate kasi dun ang name ng employer. Then para naman sa main duties, JD from employer with sign of manager? Tapos dun naman sa offer letter, meron binigay sken si employer na employment contract kaso photocopy siya and black and white. Pwede po kaya siya gamitin sa RSEA?

not sure about OEC, but you can include as evidence if you want.
JD can be signed by your manager/supervisor/HR/Owner and should be in an official company letterhead showing contact details
You need to get that employment contract certified.

Hi guys! I havent started anything yet with my visa application (having problem with PTE kung mg review center or self study). Im studying the process pa and thinking if I can provide all requirements na nababasa ko that you guys provided para I wont have problems in the future. Madalas kong nakikita is problem with COE. Im just checking online and this would probably help. Nafeel ko lang to share this one.

Under Section 10, Rule 14, Book 5 of the Labor Code, dismissed workers are entitled to request or receive a certificate from his/her employer. The certificate shall specify the dates of the employee's engagement and termination, types of work on which he/she was employed. You need to be cleared by the company before you can request for a COE. Aside from refusal to provide COE to dismissed workers, DOLE will also entertain complaints on unfair labor practices:

Definitely alam ng previous employers yan, pero let them know na alam din natin yan and there is a law about this so they need to comply.

@jsjabaan nakakrequest naman Sir, yun nga lang the common problem that our co-pinoys here ay yung content as per what EA and DHA required vs. duun sa nakukuha na COE (labelled dito as generic w/c only included lang ay yun ngang - <i class="Italic">dates of the employee's engagement and termination, types of work on which he/she was employed</i>)

@VirGlySyl pwede po malaman anong specific content ang madalas hinihingi ng EA and DHA for future reference po since type of work is already indicated na sa COE. Thank you.

@jsjabaan for your reference, usually sa mga cases dito ng CoE, ayaw magbigay ni HR ng may JD.

@jsjabaan kung makakahingi ka Sir kay mga employers mo, combine mo na lang yung reqts ni DHA at EA para isang hingian na lang, and

Endorsement from manager/direct supervisor is okay na. Provided with job description. Pwede kaya un @VirGlySyl

@jsjabaan kung ayaw ni HR, kay direct SV/MG/owner mo ikaw humingi (yun ang ginawa ko) + printed in Company/Official Letterhead din ha.

My employer (current) JD doesn't show any contact details, so it means I still need to request for a generic CoE?

You need to get that employment contract certified.

For what i read at MSA,

Please DO NOT submit the following:

 Certified copies of original documents

 Black and white scans

 Scans of photopies

 Low resolution scans. All scans must have a

resolution of at least 300 dpi

Hi guys! Need your help po for my MSA application. I have a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have 3 years work exp as manufacturing engineer. Magkakaproblema po ba kung hindi specifically ME ang work exp ko? Also, dapat po ba kumuha ako ng RSEA para magkapoints ako sa 3 years work exp ko?

@rabalbalosa thank you! Ang hiningi po ni EA assessor na additional docs: Employment pass and contract lang po. IRAS/payslip di po ako ngprovide.
