@Krisian Option 2? sabagay final decision naman ay kay Immi Officer o kahit pa sabihin natin na na kay DHA immi officer nga ang final say, kaya lang Sir, for sure open si EA at si DHA, at masasabing close din sila when it comes to information related matters, as per statement na ni EA ay di relevant ang WExperience mo as TelEng, malapit lapit, may slight "chance" yun na din ang kay DHA or pwede itong maging basis ni DHA, na sana naman ay hindi, mejo risky Sir... pero its up to you pa din Sir.

Siguro kung ang Job Title ko ay Telco Engineer tapos ang JD ko ay match na match sa ANZSCO descrition din ni Telco, dun pa lang siguro ako di mag-a-avial ng RSEA na i-cla-claim ko talaga yun kahit walang RSEA,

Hi @Krisian . I won't be able to answer that question given the technicalities. From personal standpoint, claiming years of experience without RSEA was never my option.

@Krisian need na may rsea kapag di kayo sure kung relevant ang exp sa occupation. Mahirap na mag overclaim since you run the risk of being banned in future applications.

@VirGlySyl hi sir, regarding po sa sagot nyo kay Sir Krisian, nagcocooperate po ba si EA and DHA? I was thinking kse na magclaim ng 5 pts for EE pero sa automation industry ako.. ang naisip ko po is ipamodify si COE na ispecify na ang customers namin ay Industrial Plants at Power Gen companies para magalign sya kay EE. Yun po kasi ang suggestion sakin ng ibang nakausap ko din dito.. pero ang nangyari kse nagapply ako initially ng RSEA kay EA pero dinisregard nya kase ung CDR ko is malayo sa EE.. although iba ang nasa COE ko...

@jld857 , actually may successful na ko n assessment for ET last year pa, pero mejo mahirap ma-invite kasi 75pts pro rata un. Ung ET kasi under other engr professionals which has 700 occupation ceiling unlike s professional telco engr na 1000 ung ceiling tas wala pro rata. If gusto ko mainvite sa ET needed ko ma-maximize lahat (age, work experience, educ, and english proficiency). Yun ung reason kaya nagpa-change ako ng nominated occupation.

sir @Krisian, ask ko lang po panu nyo na contact yung assessing officer nyo sa EA? same situation kasi tayo, wala din ko PRC license - Civil Engineer (though i was advised kasi na ok lang daw kahit walang license, hence tinuloy ko pa din application). salamat

Actually related ung 8yrs experience ko sa telecommunications engineer na pina-assess ko. Accdng sa conversation namin ni EA, yung work experience ko and CPD actually basis nila kaya kahit wala ako PRC document pede ako ma-tag as Professional Teleco Engineer. However, sabi nya based on The Philippines government requirement (w/c is not clear para sakin kasi may mga friends ako na kahit wala PRC nacredit ni EA ung work experience nila) and Engineers Australia assessment guideline, I cannot give you both Professional Engineer AND Working experience.

I am thinking na baka iba yung basis when it comes to EOI, nabasa ko kasi sa EOI, points will be awarded if client have relevant skilled or closely related employment experience in their nominated occupation. Kaya medyo confident ako kasi ung 8yrs experience ko is from 1 company lang and yun ung basis ni EA kaya considered ako as PE. I am thinking lang na di ma-consider ung working experience ko sa EA kasi they need to follow yung guidelines nila.

Though naghahanap na din ako ng agency for consultation and further advice.

Please note that Engineers Australia is an organisation independent from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP). It is not EA’s place to give you any advice on immigration processes, visa eligibility or immigration requirements. The attribution of points remains at the discretion of the DIBP officers.

@jld857 , nung nanghingi siya sakin ng PRC document, may option sa baba ng page na pede ka mag-comment, dun ko lang nilalagay yung response and questions ko. Dun din siya nagre-reply.

@Krisian salamat. nag message ako kanina, ang bilis ng reply. ANZSCO 233914 Engineering Technologist daw yung occupation if gusto ko macredit yung work experience (5 years). otherwise, Civil Engineer pero without experience.

@Krisian sorry follow up question lang po. bakit mas preferred nyo yung isa kesa sa Engineering Technologist with work experience, mas limited ba yung options kapag Technologist for migration?

@zirko , if ET I have 70pts. If PE as telecommunications engineer, 70pts pa din given na i-acknowledge ni Immigration yung working experience ko.

Hi all. I just want to know your experience on how long ur EA application was under "ASSESSMENT IN PROGRESS", bago nyo natanggap ang outcome? Mine is 5days na. Gusto ko lng po malaman if do I have to do the follow up or it's too early pa? TIA sa mga sasagot.

Hi @aicee . Still early. As per EA website - "...your application assigned to a case officer in 20 working days with the fast track service". If they want something clarified, as in my case, EA will contact you on or few days before 20th working day.
