Hello po sa lahat, may tanong lang po ako.... " May expiration po ba or limit of validity yung assessment outcome (CDR+RSEA) from Engineers Australia?" . I'm just eager to know lang po...sorry. Thank you in advance po sa sasagot :-)

How long is the assessment letter valid for migration purposes? Do I need a Duplicate Letter?

Whilst the assessment outcome will remain valid indefinitely for Engineers Australia, our understanding is that DIBP mandates that the assessment notification be no more than three years old at the date of migration application. If you require an updated letter of assessment after this time, please contact our Member Service Team.

Hi mga boss.. ano po kaya specifically na dapat makita ng assessor sa feedback na to?

"Please review this career episode to include all technical details such as graphs, charts, diagrams and etc in the career episode."

I worked as highway engineer and I did included formulas and explained the process i did. Am i missing something? Thanks po ulit pinoyau!

@kenroy Sir maybe they are looking for more visual aids, graphs, diagrams, etc. Tsaka importante sir ung detailed engineering approach na ginamit mo and problem solving tecniques na ginamit mo at ano ung naging impact sa company nung hinawa mong solutions. For instance sakin po ay more on root cause analysis kasi I work in a manufacturing company.

@JHONIEL hi sir thanks for replying. Yes tama po pero naweirdohan lang ako kasi sabi sa msa booklet e avoid too much technicalities even diagrams or charts. I did explain in my "personal engg activities" (part which they commented for revision) how i design highways and I even mentioned the standard (AASHTO) I used. I worked as a quantity surveyor prior to shifting to design and supposedly pure volumetric shapes lamg sya and I am using a software in both my work, all of which I indicated din sir. Sa graphs po kaya, is it ok na iindicate/citing mga tables ng stabdards that i used? Or meron pa silang specific na hinahanap? Thanks again sir

hello! got a positive outcome from EA just now pero hindi nila nilagay yung years of work experience sa outcome letter kasi hindi sila na satisfy sa evidences. :-(

akala kasi nila self-employed ako ngayon, nag request ng business registration e wala naman ako nun. instead, ang sinubmit ko were yung BIR Form 1604-CF (substitute tax filing) and Form 2316 as ITR as proof na employee ako ni current employer. nag email nga ulit ako clarifying the reasons bakit hindi tinanggap yung ITR as proof na hindi ako self-employed. any idea? salamat!

@jld857 nag-avail ka po ng RSEA? Pag CDR lang po kasi wala talagang years of work exp sa outcome letter.

@jld857 please check the requirements of EA for claiming RSEA. Ano ano bang evidences ipinasa mo for work experience?

@hopeful_Z @gibo43 yup nag avail po ko ng RSEA. tinanong ko si EA and nag respond just now. sabi inaccept daw nila yung BIR forms as proof na hindi ako self-employed BUT ang ginamit daw nilang secondary document is SSS where hindi consistent yung hulog nung employer ko (nag start lang ng 2016 for contract service workers).

yung sa ITR naman (BIR Form 1604-CF and Form 2316) kumpleto for all years from 2014 to 2017. akala ko pwede din ITR as secondary document. siguro dahil hindi third party yung forms 1604 and 2316 though stamped naman by BIR yung form 1604.

nag pass din pala ko ng notarized copies of work contracts from 2014 (complete months up to now) pero unfortunately sa SSS pa din sila nag based.

Pwede mo din pala kunin yung Philhealth record mo na may name ng company. Nakalimutan ko na tawag dun pero pwede din yun na proof of paid employment.

yup sinubmit ko pa din. eto yung latest response ni EA tanong kasi ako ng tanong bakit ganun outcome haha.

"Definition of secondary documents (third party documents) is the documents are issued from sources independent to your employer.

The documents you have provided, for example Work Contracts and Pay Slips are all issued by your employer, therefore, they are not secondary documentary evidence for your Relevant Skilled Employment Assessment."

recently lang yata yang rules na yan na dapat third-party document yung isusubmit na secondary evidence.

@gibo43 thanks sir. lumabas na yung outcome e, sa actual visa application ko na lang ulit submit lahat ng documents. sana sa immi, i-accept na yung ITR ko. :-)
