it is not required, but if you want to claim EOI pts for work experience in different jobs/companies, that is a must....

the additional assessment service will tell if your work exp are revelant to your nominated occupation or not.. and that will be your basis to claim EOI pts...

if you don't avail of this, and then you claimed pts for your work exp, your CO (during visa processing) will either ask for additional proof, they may decide to give/not give your points..

so para walang sakit ng ulo, i highly recommend this..

Hello po sa lahat, I am having difficulties with my CDR and COE's. Is there anyone here who could help me? Baka po meron kau format ng CDR and Statutory Declaration pahingi po sana ng format or copy. One more question: For the number of years of relevant experience na ma-consider for the EOI points, does it have to have a career episode for that specific company?

Example, I have 2 years of relevant experience with company X but I did NOT create a career episode for the said company, will those 2 years experience I got from company X be considered for EOI points?

1.) Nagbackread ako dito sa Forum and may nagsabi na pwede na magsubmit ng application/documents sa EA "Online".... Is this correct? Nabasa ko kasi sa FAQs sa website ng EA:

"Can I lodge my application for assessment via E-mail or Fax

Engineers Australia requires all applications to be lodged by mail. This is because of the need for original signatures on the application and certified copies. The address for lodgement is at the bottom of the application forms."

2.) From the EA Migration Assessment Booklet

"Certified documentary evidence of employment [must be provided if you have relevant work experience of 12 months or more, or if the work experience provides a basis of a career episode(s)]"

What does "Certified" mean, kailangan bang yung "Original" na COE ang ibigay at kailangan bang notarized yung original?

3.) Academic Testamur/Diploma: Yung collegae diploma na binigay sa amin have 2 pages. One is yung Diploma mismo written in Filipino, the other page is yung English translation nung diploma pero type-written lang sya tapos at the end walang actual signature nung Dean and Registrar ang nakalagay lang is yung Word na "signed"..... like:

Tanong ko lang kung acceptable na ba ito, or do I need to have an "Authorized" translator to translate yung Diploma ko in Filipino to English?

all my cdr-career episodes were from just one company, but all other jobs were considered as relevant to my nominated occupation..

of course, you should apply for the additional service for employment assessment (this is additional fee)... see my explanation to @ShayShey

That's what I did with one of my previous companies. Make sure that they are printed on company letterheads and signed.

I also included an explanation in my Statutory Declaration why I sent both. I stated that

the HR standard COE is without JD so I got one from my boss.

ok lang na isend ang dalawa. pero yung sa akin dati hindi ko na sinend yung galing sa HR (without JD). yung galing lang sa former manager ko yung binigay ko. wala naman silang complaint.

Hindi ganun kahigpit sa EA, yung CoE ko from Saudi hindi naman siya certified/notarized kasi ayaw isend ng former employer ko. kaya nag statutory declaration lang kami. ayun tanggap naman nila. baka nagverify na lang sila through phone calls.

baka mali or lumang information ang mabasa mo... of course, kung anung sinasabi sa EA website, yun ang mas updated.. so double check palagi sa website nila..
Ipa-photocopy mo ang original, keep the original, then yung photocopy ipa "Certified True Copy" mo sa mga notary/lawyer... yung CTCed photocopy ang isesend mo sa EA.. make sure na sundin mo ang requirement ng CTC (stamp ng "CTC", signature/name/contact info ng notary, PER PAGE ng lahat ng documents na isesend mo sa EA)..
Based on the guidelines, kailangan official translator ang magtranslate from Filipino to English..
