Grumaduate po ako last 2017 pa pero ang reason kung bakit pinili kong magstick sa mga thesis ko ay dahil mas kumpleto yung data ko dun kasi may soft copy pa ko nung thesis namin dati saka sigurado kong related sa nominated occupation ko na Industrial Engineering kasi nasa course syllabus lahat yun. Another reason ay mahirap magrequest ng data or documents sa former company ko dito ko pinakanahassle talaga kasi yung COE ko inabot ng 5 months since resignation date ko kaya dapat wag i-understimate na time consuming yung documents needed para sa RSEA.

RSEA
Detailed COE - Inabot ng 3 pages yung akin kasi ininsist ko sa HR Manager namin at former Department Manager na kailangan ko detalyado dahil sa migration ko gagamitin. Mahirap po talaga ito pero dapat assertive ka. Nakipagbardagulan na talaga ko sa kanila sa text pati email para makuha lang to. Thankfully, sa huli, napagbigyan ako.
Payslips - Good thing naging ugali ko itabi lahat ng payslips ko. Yung sa 2021 nalang ako nagrequest ng hardcopy reprint sa HR namin kasi nagshift na kami sa e-payslip nun.
SSS contributions - Screenshot lang po sa website
BIR Form 2316 - Good thing nakatago din sakin lahat except yung sa 2021 kasi katatapos lang kaya kinulit ko din HR namin iexpedite pagprepare nung akin.

To summarize, gusto ko lang po sabihin sa mga gaya kong doubtful dati kung posible bang makakuha ng positive outcome kahit purely galing sa undergraduate projects yung CEs eh pwede po basta naexplain mo mabuti at confident ka kasi ikaw mismo gumawa.

Other tips:

Basahin mabuti yung MSA booklet para sa limit ng words per part ng CE

Basahin yung job description nung nominated occupation mo at magkaroon ng own assessment kung nacocover ba ng CEs mo yung most if not all nung mga andun para malaki chance na maapprove ka

Iprint lahat yung CEs at CPD at sa hardcopy ka magcorrect ng errors at mas madali gawin yung summary pag hard copy ka nakatingin. Sa akin po twice ko prinint yung CEs ko kaya confident ako na naminimize kung di man naeliminate yung errors sa una kong gawa.

Kahit confident po ako na original lahat nung gawa ko, pinasok ko pa din sa online plagiarism checker apps yung mga gawa ko just to make sure na walang 'hit'.

Sana po makatulong to sa mga magsisimula palang mangolekta nila ng documents at magsulat ng CEs nila.

Share ko lang nung gumawa ako ng EOI. Ang daming preparation ko. Kasi nagbago yung point system pero magtake effect yung bagong rules ng 12AM. Before ako gumawa ng EOI, alam ko na ang isasagot ko sa mga ifill-out. Nakalagay sa WORD, copy paste nalang lahat. Kaya syempre competion, pataasan ng points, and pagkatapos date of effect naman ang susunod. Kaya competition talaga. Mas lalo competitive ngayon kasi maraming napending.
Maximise all points as you can.
Salamat po sa advice Sir @tigerlance kaya nga po extra competitive na talaga lahat ng visa types. Nasaraduhan pa ko ng submission window po sa 491 NSW till March 2022 lang pala. Balak ko po magretake ng PTE next month, May 2022 tapos after nun balik na muna ko full-time job sa Pinas kasi mahabang waiting game na ko haha.

Pwede po kaya normal coe and then attachment na lang po yung job description, job offer, etc.? Also, anyone has a list of documents na sinubmit po nila as supporting documents? Baka po kasi may mamiss out ako when I eventually submit mine. Thank you very much.

Hello Ma'am @Jenchan check niyo po tong i-aattach ko for EA CDR checklist. Yung regarding detailed COE, di ko po alam ginawa nung iba yung akin po kasi nakakuha ako. Suggest ko na din po basahin niyo mabuti yung 2 MSA files na inattach ko din para sa word at content scopes and limitations.

@Jenchan ndi dn ako nkakuha ng detailed COE. What i did is I attached my duly signed JD’s, payslips, regularization letter and memo’s ng promotions ko for all the positions i held sa company. Ok nman sya probably it will depend pa dn sa CO mo if they will look for other supporting documents.

Hi @Jenchan , normal na hindi nagbibigay ng detailed COEs ang mga big companies. Sabi sakin nung boss ko dati it has to go through law department daw, blah blah blah. All they can provide is standard COE. Kya nagsubmit ako ng Statutory Declaration. It needs supporting documents like standard COE, promotion leters, salary increase letter, awards, etc. Then the stat declaration needs to be notarised. I can send you mine (6 years ago) if that would help.

You need to be mindful that the information from members of the forum might be outdated. The answer to your question is on the MSA booklet - if you go over them then it will help you with your application. Also , you’ll be assured that you’re referring to the current requirement from EA. Hi! Good day po! New member here po. Electrical engineer po here in Ph and graduate sa TUP- Taguig with 5yrs exp as engr sa sm.

Any suggestion po kung ano mas okay na ipa assess ko na code at kung saang assessing authority:

Engineering technologist (233914) to be assessed by EA (not in demand?)
Electrical engineering technician (312312) to be assessed by TRA (in demand)

Mataas padn po ba chance na mabigyan ng ITA kung 233914 ang pipiliin ko? Or mas okay na 312312 na lng ipa assess ko kasi sure na may mataas shortage dun kaya mas mataas ung percentage na magka ITA?

DIY lang ako Sir. Pero 2017 pa after graduation lurker na ko dito at nagawa ko na din nun draft CDR docs ko na thesis-based pero di ko tinuloy ipaassess pa kasi wala ako working experience pa nun. Kaya ang ginawa ko nalang nung last month Sir eh editing nalang after lumabas nung PTE results ko.

TOTAL = 95 (189) / 95+5 (190) / 95+15 (491)

Regarding my claim of 8+ years employment;

2012-2014: Civil Engineer

2015-2022: Associate Civil Engineer

Ang meron po ako is positive outcome assessment from EA CDR lang, walang SEA. Mag susuffice napo ba ang CDR ko to claim the +15 pts? I am with 1 employer since 2012 (as seen din sa COE na pinasa ko) and dito rin ako inassess ni EA last 2018 and renewed this 2022 (see attached picture). OR may nareject na bang nomination application dahil walang SEA?

Hi everyone,

My husband is planning to get assessed by EA, this is his current status:

482 employer visa (we plan to apply for 189 this year since our points are high enough and our current visa will still be until 2024)

has 3 years experience in Australia as field service engineer (chemical engineer)

has 2 years master in chemical engineering here in AU (unfortunately still has to go through CDR pathway as program is still on probationary)

I'm just confused whether we still have to get his Australian experience assessed by EA to claim this points? Or we just have to go through standard CDR assessment?

I think what you can do is make sure substantiated yung claim mo in terms of work experience say pay slips, reference letters, tax payments etc.

Ako kasi I availed the CDR + RSEA para at least may confidence ako sa kiniclaim kong points.

I would like to share the timeline in my EA Assessment under Fast Track.

Lodged EA (CDR + RSEA + Fast Track) - April 04

Day 1- April 05

Day 11 - April 09 (EA has requested Additional Documents)

Day 12 - April 10 (Submitted Additional Documents)

Day 18 - April 28 (Still waiting for EA Outcome)

So, working days po talaga ang count ni EA sa Fast Track. Day 20 is May 02. Good luck to All! Nakakakaba pala maghintay ng outcome.

Agree with @Boy_Takas CDR+RSEA is the best for your experience claim since si EA naman talaga ang mag cecertify. Wala namang narereject pero need mo mag pakita ng document evidence of your 15 points claim @rjankhristiaan
