@sarah_lyn kung meron kang certification exam result, send mo na rin kase this is equivalent to the PRC licensure, pero e explain mo sa assessor that walang licensure exams yung IE dito sa Pinas...

@sarah_lyn ah okay try mo ask yung association na nagbibigay ng certification exam dito sa pinas. Are u practicing IE din dito? Or you can opt to be assessd as technologist, may mgbabago ba sa total visa points mo if technologist?

We received positive assessment for EA yesterday!!!!!!!! Nung Feb 24 na receive ni EA ang docs namin. On to the next step.. ang pag iipon ng pera para sa visa lodge hahaha

@supertoblerone @pontsiano Thank you. Sobrang excited ako! Kahit malayolayo pa kme sa pag iipon ng funds! Naka-agency kasi kami kaya may extra na around 2K AUD na kailangan. Hehe.

@karl_amogawin We have an agency kasi wala kami time gawin yun ourselves. So the agency is the one who updated us na. Si agency na lahat kumikilos. Antay antay lang kme. Hehe.

@karl_amogawin Actually pumatak ng 19 weeks ang kay @AnnieIngles since Feb 2014 nareceive ng EA yung apps nya...sana mabilis na yung saten...like 13 weeks...

im an IE.. mine was assessed as prof engr, and equivalent to AU bachelor degree..

the only difference that i can see, is my school is from section 1, and PUP might be section 2 or 3, so that is the reason why they say that your degree is equivalent to AU 3 yr degree...

@lock_code2004 the agent told me nmn that it's under section 2, then para marecognize ako as professional engineer, i just need to have 200+ credits and GPA of 85% and above, nakacomply naman ako.. what do you think can I submit as an evdence na wala tlgang board ang IE sa philippines? ikaw ba nagpacertify?

hindi ako nagpacertify.. at wala din akong sinubmit na document to show na walang board ang IE sa pinas..

marami na ring IE dito na nagpa-assessed na at so far wala naman akong nabasa na hiningian ng board exam results..

gawa ka na lang ng sulat with your signature... and refer them to PRC - http://www.prc.gov.ph/prb/default.aspx .. to show na walang IE dyan sa list..

@sarah_lyn you better blame your agent about this mess sa CDR mo...as i recall, naka ilang beses din binalik sa amin ng agent namin yung CDR ko at very strict sila sa CDR...at ayaw rin naman nila ng pabalik balik...kaya sumakit rin ang ulo ko sa kaka revise ng CDR ko...

just saying... :-)
