I had an issue with my exam din last August - walang recording na lumabas naman sa Answer Short Question - mga 8 questions yun then yung assistant had to reboot my computer and all - kung saan naubos ang oras ko. Totally nakakawala ng diskarte and buong exam (the next 2 hrs +) wala na akong naisip kundi olats na yun exam ko lalo na since I was aiming for Superior.
Nag submit ng report ang center regarding sa issue (which I think used by PTE to validate my claim) - nag email din ako agad agad sa customer service stating my issue.
After 5 days (nung first take 2 days lang may result na), the scores I got is ok sa proficient and konti nalang ang difference for Superior kaya nandun yung pag iisip na baka naman if di nagloko yun system, e baka nakuha ko na din π
PTE was kind enough to also allow me to re take the exam (yup I know extra hassle and sa totoo lang may trauma na kasama) - for free.
I have nothing against the test center (Iβv taken all my english language test there) - pero sabi ko nga medyo nakaka trauma that is why when I booked my next exam - I opted to take sa another test center. Nag ok na din on my 3rd take.
In my opinion - if may naging issue during sa exam that is talaga naman very possible to have affected your scores - you can raise the issue to PTE. Mabait naman sila and you deserve din to do a re take - di biro ang 300+sgd π</blockquote>
