@atonibay email na ng concern sa email sa baba, otherwise if di mo nakuha ang desired result mo, you will have to book the exam na naman at a cost. I am not saying na guaranteed na they will provide a free re take pero atleast siguro naman as a courtesy, they will provide something.
provide all your details ( exam date, time, test center) - state the issue and yung confirmation na the test facilitators will submit a report on the issue. Mga 10 days din bago ako naka receive ng outcome dyan. Atleast if mag email kayo e umaandar na yung case. If - however- nakakuha pa din kayo ng superior despite the technical glitch - e di well and good đŸ™‚ . Just let them know na you don’t need to retake, etc.
