Yun sinabi mo
Doctorin mo basta meron kang copy ng company stationary nila and soft copy ng signature ng boss mo
- not advisable kasi at risk na babagsak ka if they find out that document is fake
- the document may be fake but the information contained in the document is not

Gumagana parehong diskarte at iyun visa results mo lang magsasabi kung worth it gawin iyun #2 o hindi.

Gawa ka ng certificate of employment between you and your boss? Mas ok kung makagawa ka ng company stationary using a good colored printer. Mahirap talaga dalhin ang boss sa personal na lakad na ganyan.

Wala di makakuha si employer ko ng LMO sa hrsdc sa ottawa. Mhigpit daw ngaun at may mga scandals etc. may signed offer nman at anytime daw na makadating ako canada may work nman ako kaso nga lang kung mag pr process ako matagal2 at wala accountant sa skill set ngaun 2013. Stayput muna yun. Australia nman ok na assessment ko plus ielts ipon nlanh visa fees hehe

Hello everybody, accept po ba ng SELF statutory declaration ang Engineers Australia?

Para hindi ko na ipaalam sa boss ko na plan ko migrate. So ako at si attorney lang ang may pirma sa job description na gawa ko.

hi guys! some of my ITRs are missing. do i still need to submit statutory declaration for this? if yes, who would TRA require as witness/es for it? would my and the lawyer's signature do?

according to this http://www.ag.gov.au/Publications/Page /Statutorydeclarationsignatorylist.aspx kse " If you are currently overseas, you may be able find someone who is an authorised witness at your nearest Australian Embassy, high commission or consulate." if i follow this statement, i need to travel all the way to manila pa, dagdag gastos 🙁

by the way, i had already sought help from my previous employer for those missing ITRs but very passive. i'm also waiting for the local BIR if would be of any assistance.

baka may kakilala kayong lawyer around changi business park? or cheap na pede pumunta sa office.. so far lahat ng natanong ko would cost me 200. upto 700 sgd. im looking kasi for the option na ung lawyer ppunta sa office nmin.. para makapirma boss ko
ung SD sabi sa guidelines SD must include the following:

Certified copy of payslips – preferably first & last payslip for the employment period

 Certified copy a Human Resource statement or Service Certificate with employment dates

 Certified copy of a Termination Letter with employment dates

problem is - i only have the first payslip, 2nd mali dates na nilagay sa certificate ko, 3rd wala ako termination letter. Can I submit ITR instead? ITR is notice of assessment - original. tama po ba?
