I will have my medical 2 weeks from now.
These are the lists I have to undergo: AUD - Audio Standard · Blood Analysis: Fasting Cholesterol & HDL · Blood Analysis: Fasting Glucose · CRS - Cardiac Risk Score · DAS - Laboratory Urine Drug & Alcohol Screen: A/NZ-S 4308: 2008 · ECG (Resting) · MUSC - Musculoskeletal Assessment · SPIRO - Spirometry · VO2 MAX - Fitness Testing.
Sa mga nakapagpamedical na, have you done same exam above and how long did it take to finish? On my case ako Lang ang magmemedical not my wife and 2 kids.
My other preparation is doing some exercise. Kasi yung vo2 max involve some physical exercise. Salamat.

hello po!
couldn't help but comment, curiosity just got the better of me. 🙂
I'm also on a 457 po, but the most I did was blood test for hep B, hep C, HIV kasi I'll be working with sick patients. Rest was standard: urine and CXR. No fasting, no exercise. Tsaka, yung CO ang nagsabi sa akin what tests I needed for the visa, rather than the company who hired me.
These tests are so high-falluting po kasi. And sigurado, ang mamahal nito. If I may add: yung cardiac score po is more of an assessment rather than a test itself. Spirometry din ginagawa kung may problema talaga kayo tipong asthmatic or chronic lunger etc.
Sir, if I may ask: ano po work eto? 🙂
