I personally think visa medicals po, @merc2013.
Kasi the most important thing is getting you into the country po eh. So, pag may visa na, madali na lang yung ibang paperworks, like pre-employment medicals, etc. Tanggap na naman kayo sa trabaho, it's just documenting you're fit for the job, ika nga.
I'm sure approve naman kayo visa. Mabilis lang po 457. Nung ma-finalize ang visa medicals ko, the next day, visa na agad. Your employer has to lodge a nomination for you pala before anything else.
I know it's OT but these are roughly the steps:
Your employer nominates you for the position to DIAC
Once DIAC approves employer nomination, you will lodge your application
Do your visa medicals and wait to be finalized
Visa approval.....
Wala po isang buwan from the time the visa was lodged to the time it was approved. While waiting for visa, yung sakin, sabay nung processing ng visa yung job offer. With visa approval, I did pre-employment medicals. But I suppose, iba-iba company, iba-iba policy and processes.
Dun sa job offer mo malalaman about your relocation entitlement, hourly pay, OT pay, vacation leave, superannuation terms, mga ganun po.
