FORM 80 Questions

Buti ka pa @dapogi, di kumplikado ang address. Sakin 5times ako lumipat ng bahay dito sa SG, dko maalala ung exact address ng iba for the last 7years. Tapos more than 50times ata kami nagtravel outside SG.

hi, question po. Dun sa question 1, family name and all given names, isasama po ba ang middle name sa all given names? Or yung first name lang talaga? Kasi ang nakalagay po ay "write your name as shown on your passport" so I assume na including the middle name?

Kapag ang tanong sa form namin is Given Name and family name lang. Yun lang po ang ilalagay.

Pero dun sa portion na "as shown in the document" - including the middle name. But not only that but how it was written into the Passport

I heard from a friend in NZ that middle name is not that important to them (don't take my word for it though). So it could be the same with OZ?.. not sure 🙁

Family name = surname. Given name= first and middle name

hi po. this time po handwitten ba pagfill-in niyo sa form 80? or pwede online fill-in then scan? I understand 50 pages po ito eh 🙁

@IslanderndCity, hindi ganun kadami. mga 18 pages lang.

PDF form cya, so puwede mo dapat sagutan yung PDF, and then i print mo.

@IslanderndCity pre, ako yata nagsabi ng 50 pages actually i wanted to say 50+ questions yun. pasensya na. Anyways, ang ginawa ko noong kami ay nagpasa ni misis eh nag-print kami ng tig-3 copies nung 18 pages na form 80 so in case magkamali may back up. Tapos handwritten kami, then nung na accomplish na saka ini-scan then inemail kay CO.

@sonsi_03 no problem. So sa time niyo po, a must na handwritten? May napansin kasi ako noong nagbackread ako dito at sa isang thread na pwede na daw hindi handwritten?

This way, I can keep making changes and then save ko na lang and print pag final.

Then sign and then scan.

@IslanderndCity hindi rin malinaw kung required or hindi, pero kasi di ko mai-save sa pdf so nung nagtanong tanong ako ok lang naman din maski handwritten. siguro mas personal approach hehe

@IslanderndCity, I suggest you complete your police clearance before ka pa magkaCO at cguradong hindi ka na hihingian ng form80. Dati kasi kaya madami ang hinihingian ng form80 kc hinihintay muna nila ang advice ng CO before magprocess ng police clearancd. Pero ngayon, pede ka na magrequest ng police clearance kahit walang letter from CO.

@sonsi_03 Pre send mo ba thru email ang FORM80 kay CO? di ba upload na lang sa immiaccount? may portion na kasi dun para sa FORM80 eh..
