Consistency is the key sa pag fill out ng Form 80. And yung pag type sa pdf directly mas efficient vs handwriting

You can either use a pen or use and editor. Yung answer naman po ang importante jan.

I just want to inquire

Sa Part F Employment nagkaerror ako sa Zip Code like for example 1234, dapat 1233,

ano pala ang iattach ko to rectify the error.

Could I attach the highlighted Page 5 to correct the error

and PDF Copy from Philpost (highlighting the correct zip code) and indicate the weblink of

the philpost (3rd party evidence)

Sa Part G Education, since matagal pa naman ang pagapprove ng application

and received pa naman, do I need to update this since currently enrolled

ako sa univerisity. Wala naman effect sa pagclaim ng points

Could I attach Certificate of Registration?

Question regarding Part F - Employment.

Kapag isang employer lang, tapos different positions throughout the employment, need pa ba isa-isahin yung posiitions or I can just state my latest job position and put date from: start of employment and date to: current?

Yes, you need to declare all positions para wala ka tinatago. Mas okay na dineclare mo lahat para mapicture ni CO na walang tanong tanong. Spoonfeed them all the details. Bawal magassume na lahat ni CO lahat.

To add in, you have to input also the dates where your unemployed. And what reason.

hello! sa part F ng form 80 at part E ng form 1221, pinapalagay pati internships. nilagay niyo rin po ba pati yung internship during college (noong 3rd or 4th year kayo)? considered as employment history ba yun? hehe thanks!

Yung sakin hindi ko na nilagay. employment details lang nilagay ko nagrant naman visa ko.

Sa form 80 po. Yung mga questions na wala naman kayong ilalagay. Do you leave those blank or put “N/A” on them? Thanks

Not applicable nalang. Yung CO ko kasi nakalagay dun sa request letter. Dont put N/A

Hi question po sa from 80 dependent po ako ni main applicant my isa ako employer di ako nabigyan ng coe w/c is 3 months lng ako ng work ok lng ba di po ako mag attached pero d rest ng company ng work ako meron naman ako coe. Salamat po sa advice.

Sa Part G ko po siya nilagay and not on Identity documents
