Okay lang siguro. My husband is dependent, and he only provided coe sa mga clinaim niyang points sa assessment niya. Yung current work niya hindi niya hiningan kais baka malaman na nag aapply siya mag Aus.

Kami po sa identity documents ko po siya nilagay. Kasama ng driver's license and birth certificate.

Hello! There is something I would like to confirm:

I'm planning to lodge my visa application (offshore) for 189 this December. Then I will go to Aus by January (I have Visa 476). Just in case I get invited for 189 AFTER going to Australia, is it alright to apply for my visa there?

For Part N (Visa Refusals), should I declare the following under this section?
Permanent residency application rejection (Singapore)
Work visa rejection (Malaysia) -- but no document to show kasi wala naman sinend na anything ung recruiter during that time (2012 pa), bigla lang sinabi na rejected ang visa
Should my husband (dependent, included in the application) also submit Form 1221? To be completed raw by all applicants over 16 years of age. Kung need niya rin mag-submit, ibig sabihin ba ay details nya ang ilalagay sa Part A (Primary Applicant Details) and i-aadd ang details ko sa Part C (Details on travelling dependents/family members)?

Yes you need to declare that. Gusto lang nila malaman kung ano dahilan bakit refused. Para madali nila maaccess. Kung di naman overstaying or dahil sa fraudulent docs, or crime. Okay lang yan. Mas okay na ideclare kaysa hindi. Kaysa pahirapan pa ang case officer na maghanap resulting to dishonesty and visa refusal

Hello po, pahabol na question. Habang nagfi-fill out ng Form 80, na-realize kong meron akong isang travel na technically nag-overstay ako ng 3 days (travel sa indonesia due to a company project, where allowed lang tayong Pinoys to stay for 30 days). Pinagbayad lang ako ng fee sa immigration and walang any marks sa passport or any document about the overstaying, so nalimutan ko when I was doing the visa application. So sa declaration part sa application, I answered "No" sa question na "have you ever overstayed in any country..."

Question is, should I submit Form 1023 to notify and correct this information (will answer Yes instead) sa aking visa application. Di ba ito magiging ground for any further question or anything? I will put the correct info naman sa aking Form 80.

Hi, meron po ba ditong may unemployment periods in-between? I'm aware na need i-detalye ano ginawa mo nun and paano mo sinupport sarili mo, but for the other fields like "Business name" ano pong nilagay niyo?

And sa mga may freelancing jobs din in-between employment, paano niyo po prinesent?

I actually just answered it honestly. I supported my self with savings and help from parents.

Maground ka for further questioning if they find out na di mo dineclare.

Attach mo nalang docs yung resibo and yung reason bakit ka nagoverstay like meron ka project at that time, hindi natapos on time. Dun sa notification of incorrect answers, pwede mo ireason na due to overlook in data entry process.

Siyempre, idedeclare mo yan na nagkaroon ka ng visa, syempre may verification yan before visa grant.

Hello po. Yung sakin po may unemployment periods din po ako. I left the "Business name, Type of business" blank. Then sa part po ng "your occupation and duties", pati sa katabi na full address column, nilagay ko po na UNEMPLOYED (see part T). Limited lang kasi characters sa page na yon. hehe. Sa part T, nag-itemize po ako ng complete activities, purpose and location.

Yung part rin po na iyan nakalagay sa Resume/cv ko. Kasi yan din po ang sinumbit during sa EA assessment. Pinarallel ko po sila for consistency.

Ask ko lang po if yung form 80 and form 1221 na rin ay need agad isama sa documents na need i-upload during lodgement po para less chance of CO contact? or dapat po ba inaatay ung CO to contact us tapos dun lang po mag-upload ng form 80 and form 1221?

#47 Do you have any personal contacts in Australia?

Meron po kami friends na nasa AU and yung partner ko naman since nagfill up din sya ng form 80, andun yung tita and cousins nya. Ok lang ba po ideclare? May idea po ba kayo if tinatawagan nila yung personal contacts in AU? Hehe

Hindi naman required na kasama agad when you lodge the application. We submitted ours withouth them and nag prompt naman yung system for us to upload it.

Yes, I think you should declare at least one. Not sure though if officers contact them.

on second thought, since National Identity Document sya, baka documents lang na associated sa country of citizenship, tama po ba? so hindi dapat ilagay si FIN? 🙂
