Character documents

Hello po question sa Form 80:

Question 49. Are you being sponsored by, or associated with, a business or organisation in Australia?

Meron po akong processing na 407 Training visa application, employer sponsored po ito. Ngayon, na-invite na po ako for 190 visa. Dito po ba sa question 49, YES ang sagot ko dahil nag sponsor sila sa 407 ko?

Tsaka tama po ba, mas maganda kung hindi na iinclude ang internships noong undergrad? Hindi naman din kasi iyon paid and ilang hours lang. Kayo ba sinama niyo pa sa Form 80?

Sa amin po sinama namin lahat since indicated dun kasama ung interships and unpaid employment.

For Questions 17 and 19, naglagay po ba kayo ng explanations kahit na few days lang ang gap? Though kung titingnan yung summary, walang visible gap kasi continuous yung months.

Example:

Employer #2: Mar-2015 to Apr-2020

Employer #1: Jan-2015 to Feb-2015

Yes, kahit 15 days, 7 days pa yan. Honesty is the best policy.

Di ba clinick natin yung exact date pero lalabas lang sa form yung month and year.

Just declare. Walang mawawala.

For those who claimed points for partner qualification, particular ba sa employment proofs na issubmit for partner?

In my case, partner is Accounting General, hindi naman required kay CPAA yung employment documents to assess yung qualification whether suitable or not.

a. Do we need yung detailed Employment References? Or basic COE will do?

b. How about yung proof of paid employment, kailangan din?

Another question po, pasensya na kung mukhang common sense lang mga tanong ko. Making sure lang din..

Question number 42. Do you have a partner?

Partner includes wife, husband, fiance, boyfriend, girlfriend, significant other and de facto.

May boyfriend po ako pero hindi kami live-in. Hindi siya kasama sa visa application ko kasi may sarili siyang visa (482), pero nasa Philippines parin siya now kasi may inaasikaso pa. Sa EOI ko, SINGLE at NEVER MARRIED ang status ko.

I-declare ko parin ba siya doon sa tanong sa number 42?

Hindi naman required na kasama agad when you lodge the application. We submitted ours withouth them and nag prompt naman yung system for us to upload it.

Hi! With regards po sa Form 80, may mga questions kasi na wala ako answer like yung suburb or yung address sa period of unemployment, ano po ba dapat ilagay:

Not applicable. My S56 request have a note that says,"do not write N/A"

hello po, meron po bang identification number yung birth certificate pag ilalagay na sa Form 80? also, ano anong IDs po pwedeng ilagay sa identity documents?

Yung BReN, nasa lower portion ng PSA issued Birth Certs. Birth Cert and Driver's License nilagay ko sa identity docs.

Hi po, medyo naconfuse lang po ako sa questions na 'to sa Form 80. Tama po ba na ganito ang isagot? Or dapat mag YES din sa number 7 at ilagay ang Philippines sa country tapos Birth dun sa how did you gain this citizenshiop?

Number 6 is do you have any current citizenship in ANY country. Number 7 is if you have/had citizenship in ANY OTHER country, meaning other countries maliban sa sinagot mo sa #6.

So if you only have Philippine citizenship, #6 lang yung yes and your current answer is correct 🙂 If meron ka pang iba, dagdag mo siya sa #7.
