Just want to ask if ok lang ba to create two EOIs (two different EOI number) if same state lang and same anzsco?

My EOIs are created by my migration agent last October 2019. Then nung nagupdate ako this month since wala pa din akong invite, they told me i have two EOIs created. One was October 2019 and the other one was January 2020. They never told me that they created another one last january 2020. When i viewed the details, Yung january 2020 EOI had additional info like subclass 491 and partners qualification which were not present sa details nung october 2019.

Felt a little bit worried that it might cause complication sa application. I read somewhere else (other site) na ok to create multiple EOIs as long as different state and different code. How come sa different Anszco. Hay. Please enlighten me.

@diannaC II've done this last Jan 2019.. 2 EOIs submitted on the same month, same state and same anzco.. Luckily, wala naman complications. When I got my ITA, I canceled the other one.. hope this helps!

My agent told me po iwiwithdraw na lang niya yung application done ng October 2019 and ikeep ung january 2020 pero hiningi nya muna approval ko. Hindi ba nakaqueue ang EOIs? Like mas mabilis mainvite ang earlier nagsubmit ng EOI? (Of course, consideration din ang points.)

At this point, the lodgement of date is irrelevant. You need to choose between lodging an EOI with lesser points or one with additional points. I could only assume that the discrepancies in your EOI have to do with the policy changes in November. You should discuss such matter to your agent. They’re the best to guide you since they know facts about your case. Any comments you get here will all be here hearsay.

Good PM.regarding 491 visa. nag lodge ako 190 visa(dec 2019) on 3 states with 85pts *offshore.

would anyone suggest to apply also for 491 or push my luck with my pending 190?salamat po

I’m not sure if I get the clear picture. I don’t understand why another EOI was made when 491 and partner’s occupation can just be added on the October EOI - that’s what I would have done on my clients’ EOI’s.

Take note that most state's migration program are closed till the new financial in July

Actually thats my the same question. Why to make another EOI if pwede naman iadd yung sa october EOI. My agent cant answer me kasi she was not the one who did the October EOI. It was the other agent. Hay. Apparently, there is a miscommunication between them. And since paginupdate din naman ang EOI (adding 491 and my spouse qualification), magqqueue din naman na so mababalewala na din yung EOI date ko ng October. Im very disappointed na nasayang yung 6 months na queue ng application namin. Hay.

Hi. After mo ngsubmit ng EOI sa DHA did you send EOI sa site nun state? or ngwait ka lang ng pre-invite or ITA from DHA?

Hi @RheaMARN1171933 need you best advice 🙂 I submitted EOI sa DHA with 95 points last March 28 lang. Need pa ba magsubmit ng EOI sa site ng state or wait lang ako email from DHA for ITA or pre-invites?

Mag EOI ka sa Skillselect then apply sa site ng state na gusto mo. May mga state na need mo Mag apply

Sa site nila.. Antayin mo yung ItA ng state kasi may link dun na idirect ka. Such states are NSW, QLD, SA.

All depends. If 189 you applied for no if 190 or 491, you need to check the state and if direct application is required. All the best

Hello po. Halimbawa po mainvite to apply for visa 190 tapos hindi makumpleto yung docs within 60days, considered as visa refusal na ba yun? O may outcome na incomplete docs lang? Thank you po sa sasagot.
