May ibang tanong rin po ako mga kapatid, under po dun sa 491 visa type dun sa EOI, okay lang po ba na I'll select both "State/Territory Nominated" and "Family Sponsored"? gusto ko lang po talagang maka siguro if wala bang possible issues pag ganito...

Kasi po di ako sure kung alin ba dito sa dalawa ang mas madali or may malaking chance na ma invite. I'm willing naman po to submit requirements for State nomination, tapos we have a relative din po na eligible to sponsor.

South Australia, kelangan din ng up to 25kAUD, (I dont have that kind of money yet)

then sa NSW naman is kelangan if offshore ka, may immediate family ka? That is from what i've read

then sa Tasmania, kung wala naman daw sa HIGH DEMAND on the TSOL, you will not be assessed..

I'm about to give up na lng talaga....Sorry if I ask too many questions...pero salamat po sa mga responses niyo...sigh 🙁

Kasi ung nsw and Tasmania mukhang malabo tlaga dahil may condition e. Sa SA money lang ang problema. Ive heard from a friend na hndi sila hinananap ng bank account sa SA. But its case to case basis ha. Hindi ko sinasabing ganun sa lahat. Good luck

Sir, it looks like you are really lost and confused based also on your other posts. I suggest you consult an agent kahit initially lang. I'm not an agent and not affiliated to any but they can help to at least orient you properly. Mahirap magsimula kung clueless ka, at least kung well informed ka na ng tamang info which you can get from a good agent, dun mo ma aassess sarili mo kung mag gigive up ka na ba or hindi.

This forum is very helpful as a basic guide if you already know your target and have a general idea of the process. This forum can also be your motivation and inspiration. But some people just have trouble in absorbing a lot of textual info lalo na kung galing sa iba't ibang contributors/sources because they have different ways of explaining it. So it might be better if you personally consult an expert first, just saying, as i see from your posts.

Di ko alam kung pano mo 'to na deduce at kung anong visa tinitignan mo. This is not true in all cases. Obviously, this is (only) true for a family sponsored visa route.

Yeah, that's right, there's way too much information out there and it is overwhelming, I'll juts probably get an agent or somethng. I tried before though, and this is for visa 189. Medyo alanganin nga daw at dahil ang course ko is different from my job experience, although it's 10 years, kaya di ko na lang din tinuloy. Ngayon eh nahanap ko ang pinaka malapit talaga and under siya ng visa 491, although it's an NEC type. Since you alrady mention po, do you know any other agents or agencies?mas okay kung kayo mag refer since subok na ng iba dito. besides from Respall po? anu na po ba ang agency ni mam rhea if you know her?

and about this forum, that's totally correct, this forum can be a guide, but this is more of a support group to inspire and encourage other pinoys to get their goals and have better opportunities in the land down under. Maraming Salamat po sa advice! 🙂

First, NSW 491 stream 2 (offshore) is currently closed. Only Stream 1 (onshore) has opened last week until June 26.

But let's say that applies now, it's easy to interpret what it says. You have to take note of the words "AND" and "OR" at the end of each item.

1 & 2 clearly says "AND" that means you have to satisfy both, then at number 2, it ends with "AND" and you are given 3 cases: a, b and c, each separated by "OR" so it means only one of them needs to be satisfied on top of 1 & 2 requirements to be eligible.

If you satisfy case 1, you are given again 2 conditions to meet indicated in the bullet points. But if you don't satisfy case 1, you proceed with the next options if you can satisfy one of them as indicated by "OR" in the last bullet point.

In summary, eligibility means satisfy 1 & 2 AND one of the 3 choices a, b, OR c.

Read up on each state's website if they require separate submission apart from SkillSelect. It also depends on visa subclass.
