@Godsgrace I think most of the invitations are being given to occupations in critical sectors that support Australia's covid plans. However, I suggest you also check the migration website of each state to see which ones are sponsoring your occupation & what their specific requirements are. Mas magiging clear dun kung may chance ka in the near future or kung mas may time ka pa to increase your points.

Looking at the PREVIOUS requirements for subclass 190 in QLD, a Software Tester must have “minimum post-qualification work experience of 3 years (including 6 months in Queensland) in accordance with ACS skills assessment”

Example, I have received a positive skills assessment from ACS for Software Tester (261314)

ACS skill assessment shows:

The following employment after 30 June 2019 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to ANZSCO Code 261314 (Software tester).

07/12 - 07/15 - 3 year(s) 0 month(s) Software tester

Outside Of Australia

07/18 - 07/20 - 2 year(s) 1 month(s) software tester

Does this mean that I do not meet the requirement to apply for subclass 190, as my ACS skill assessment only recognise employment from 30 june 2019, and this only gives me 1 year of experience?

Sa NSW po ba, skillselect lang ang pagsubmit ng EOI? Sent EOI sa QLD. Kaso open lang sila for onshore. Plan to shift to NSW 491.

Quick question lang and i am not sure if this question was answered before.

Planning to take 491 family sponsored stream.

Medyo confused po ako sa requirements ng bawat state. Do I need to satisfy the state’s’ eligibility requirement even though meron na akong family sponsor?

Ang iniisip ko kasi, since meron ka ng “Family sponsor” hindi mo na need mag apply at need makakuha ng “State sponsorship approval” please correct me if I am wrong po. Majority kasi ng requirements ng state need at least nag stay na sa australia or may peior exp na etc.

As for "updated", sa tingin nyo po, okay lang ba na yung "EOI Last Submitted On" lang ang titingnan na dapat within 6 months? Kasi pag ganito, I guess there's no need to create a new EOI, we'll just click nalang the "Update EOI" button then resubmit it :-) Sana po may additional thoughts or inputs :-)
