First time here in pinoyau. Salamat po in advance sa makakatulong. And I hope makatulong din ako sa ibang questions 🙂

Magtatanong lang po about sa paglodge ng visa application for 491.

We received an invitation to apply for 491 visa under stream Family Sponsored Regional.

Nung gagawa na po kami ng application, ang only option for 491 is yung may “subsequent entrant”.

Nagtanong po ako sa Immi ang sabi magfile po ako ng technical support ticket.

May nakaexperience po ba ng same issue?

Hello Everyone! 🙂

I'm a silent reader here since 2019 when I started to process my migration plans. To cut the story short, yesterday I submitted my EOI, finally.

I have a few questions though, and they are following:

1) Will my points be affected on EOI claims? If submission date was only yesterday with a positive skill assessment for 7 yrs with 10pts (Vetassess result April 2020) but on the EOI, I added my recent work experience and count result was more than 8yrs of experience so I got the maximum score of 15pts and I can provide supporting document for this, like COE if needed. They were not part of the Vetassess result at that time of assessment. I'm wondering if possibility will occur that the only counted work experience is the reflected years from the result of Vetassess?

2) I had a hard time getting the desired score for my English Proficiency (so I paused on continuing the process), but I submitted my EOI anyway under 491 with 0pt for english (will have my 3rd attempt in Jan-Feb 2022 and update EOI for 491 & to add 190). My question is, will there be a chance of getting an invite with current score of 70pts (0pt english) + 15pts (491) = 85pts? while I'm in the process of improving my english scores.

Question po, anong documents inupload nyo to prove relationship sa relative na nagsponsor for 491visa?

Bale, kapatid po sya ng dad ko, tito.

Naisip ko po birth cert ko, ng dad ko at ng tito ko. Kailangan pa po ba ng family tree? And yung family tree po ba is kahit anong format lang tas papa notarize?

Yes birth certs are ok, ganyan din ginawa ko saken. No need for family tree, makikita naman sa birth certs yung surnames nyo so dun mapprove relationship.

Hi Mam. ilang points ka? Target ko sana kasi is 189 visa pero ang dumating c 491 pero go parin ako. Offshore po ako.

Question: I will apply Subclass 491 but the family sponsored visa. Can my uncle which is my mother’s first cousin is eligible to sponsored me?

Also, if maglodge po ba ng 491 EOI need po ba muna mauna yung ROI or dapat approved po muna yung ROI?

Depends on the state your applying for. You need to do EOI and then ROI

depends per state. try to look at critical skills list kung anong mga professions ang nasa list nila

Yes. I just had a client who got invited fir NSW nomination for 190. Submitted docs last Monday. The following day get nomination application got approved and she received an invite to apply for a visa straight after.
