Hi po. Ask lang ako regarding sa WA nominations. You'll need to have an EOI lang po ba (for both 190 and 491) para ma nominate ni WA? Wala na po bang other application like sa ibang state na need pa mag lodge ng parang ROI???

No. May listed suburb regions/post codes na eligible for 491. Ipapaindicate nila yun sa EOI yung postal code.

Question po, and understanding ko po based sa DYOR, if residing un relative sa designated regional areas based sa post code list ng Category 2 and 3, pwede na po applyan, right? salamat po sa sagot!

Yes, I think pwede dapat. Adelaide and Perth for example are capital cities pero considered as Regional Area. Saan ba yung relatives mo?

pa-correct po, when i clicked the list of postcodes na available and applies to 491, meaning eligible un category 2 and 3 as long as mentioned sya sa list per state.

lahat ng nakalista sa designated postcode page is eligible for 491 family. Wag nyo isipin yung category 2 or category 3 pag 491 FS, it's all the same na pag dyan nakatira ang relative, pwede sila magsponsor ng 491 for you.
Another check na mangyayari dyan is if you enter a postcode in your EOI that is not regional, di magpproceed. So pag nagproceed yan meaning pwede ang postcode.

The entire state of WA is considered a regional area. I held a 491 Family and my sponsor is my uncle here in WA. Take it from my experience.

May form lang na iaaccomplish yung relative, also proof na magkamag anak kayo. I submitted my uncle's passport, birth cert to show na tito ko sya (mom's brother) and also bills like internet/energy showing na regional address sya. Madali nalang to, don't worry about this. Getting the invite is the bigger problem. Cheers!

Pwede na po ba mag-lodge ng EOIs 190/491 sa NSW kahit closed pa ang State? Sabi ko kasi sa Agent, maglodge na this week, e parang gusto nya hintayin muna magbukas ang States para sa announcement, kung eligible ako. Please advise po, thanks

Yes pwede na mag submit ng EOI even wala pang advisory from State na open na sila. You just need to update your EOI as necessary. Ano bang profile / points breakdown mo?

Hi everyone, question lang. Do you think it's better for me to go after SC 491 instead of SC 190 in states where they don't allow multiple ROIs? Ok lang naman kasi sakin hindi PR agad as long as merong pathway. Although nakita ko na fewer yung allocations for the 491 compared sa 190. 261312 Developer Programmer yung occupation ko.

Points breakdown:

Age: 30

English: 20

Education: 15

Partner Points: 10

Work experience for NSW and ACT (assessment deemed skilled date): 5

Work experience for other states: 10

Total for 190 (+5): 85/90

Total for 491 (+15): 95/100

I'm planning to take the CCL pero ang mahal kasi and right now I don't have the time to study kasi I'm working 2-3 jobs on weekdays.

Baka may alam din kayong agency who do consultations about these cases.

Since meron akong hawak na full time contract from accredited employer sa WA, pwede ko na din ba iselect yung 190 sa EOI? Or need ba dalawang EOI separate for 190 and 491?

Personally, I would look at the invitation rounds and see if saan malapit yung points ko whether sa 190 or 491.

Hello. Question po for Western Australia SC190/491. Occupation ko po kasi is 261312 Developer Programmer under WASMOL Schedule 2. Tama po ba na 491 lang yung pwede ko applyan based sa Contract of Employment? Wala po kasi ako job offer or work experience sa WA. Salamat po sa makakasagot 🙂

Recommended to keep EOIs valid for the period of nomination process and get past through it and lodged the visa

VIC openly requires at least 12 weeks for skills assessment and english test results to be valid after getting invited ,it means you need

EOI to be valid for that duration plus add another 2 months for ITA window to apply

WA takes 4 months in some cases to assess your application after getting invited

1 month is too short in my opinion.

Give yourself some time to apply the visa after ITA is received to lessen mistakes.

After lodgement ,EOIs are locked, so wala na issue after this stage.

Yes tama 491 pwede nyo applyan in that case
