so I think dapat 1st degree ang relative. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hello good day po. Question lang po regarding Visa 491, since closed na yung March window para sa FY 2021-22, ang ginawa ko nakadraft lang muna yung EOI ko sa SkillSelect for 491. Tama po ba ko ng pagkakaintindi na required hintayin magbukas yung next submission window para sa ROI submission? Kasi iniisip ko walang sense kahit gumawa na 491 EOI ng wala ka naman corresponding ROI tama po ba yun? Lumabas na po kasi kahapon positive EA assessment ko kaya yung EOI for Visa 189 at 190 nasubmit ko na. Eh gusto ko na din po ayusin yung sa 491 sana since realistically speaking dun mas may chance mainvite nowadays. Patulong po sa may alam please. Salamat.

i have been following this thread for a while now.

i just want to ask few questions and hopefully someone may be able to help.

i have 2 EOIs in SkillSelect, both visa 190 but different states.

now i received a pre-invite for my 1 EOI but they offered me 491.

if i am going to accept this, and they will process the state nomination,

will i still be able to receive a pre-invite from another state

(which is linked to my other EOI and provided i followed the state requirements, e.g. submit ROI)?

because i am planning to buy some time, and maybe will be invited for 190 from different state.

i am not sure if this will work.

If you were my client, I would advice to grab any opportunity for an invite. Even during pre pandemic, 190 has been scarce for offshore, usually it’s offered for onshore applicants. You can opt to wait but expect the possibility to be waiting for nothing and thus 491 re-invite would be a missed opportunity for you.

Hi. I got pre-invited too in SA for 491 visa yesterday lang and wanted me to apply within 14days lang. Question po: Wala po kayang kaso kung iapply ko now but bawas na po ng 5pts ang EOI ko now since kareceive ko lang pre-invite after ng Date of Birth ko ng April 25? Sa ROI ko, I claimed 90pts in my EOI. Now, its is 85pts na because nag update na si skillselect sa EOI account ko. Pwede pa rin po ba iapply? Salamat po.

naka receive nakasi yung friend ko kanina ng invite for state nomination application sa SA as Cook.

ang tanong ko is eto na ba ang parang ITA? Sorry po wala po hindi pa ako updated and 2 years ago wala pa pong concept na ROI kasi.

Good day everyone! Medical Laboratory Scientist here. I just want to ask, if you are aiming po ba for Visa 491 for example in NSW, should you put in your EOI po ba sa selected visa mo yung 491 or dapat po magsubmit ka muna ng ROI sa NSW and wait til I get invited before I put 491 sa EOI?

Is it okay po ba na nakalagay na agad sa EOI ko na selected visa ko is 491, 189 and 190? Yung tatlo po kasi agad sinelect ko.

Hi Ms Rhea, good day. What are the chances po if at time of submitting the state nomination application the claimed points for the occupation has changed as time will pass (like age point bracket has reduced, partner english test validity lapsed) and does not meet na the current requirments? Is it worth the shot to apply to submit a state nomination after getting pre-invited? I believe there is a fee when submitting application official state nomination.

Same question here, need po ba to retake if may preinvite (14 days need to reply) from State for 491 (not from skillselect(

Pre invite is not invite. Immigration will accept up to 3 years English test

I have a question to ask regarding visa 491 as a pathway to PR under visa 191..is it feasible if for instance you arrive at Australia at age 42 under 491 visa. then after 3 yrs. you'll be eligible to apply for PR under visa 191 right? but by this time your age is 45 y.o already..so my question is..by this time, does the age requirement of below 44 y.o still apply or will it be waived because you already fulfilled the 3 years of staying in the regional area?

As far as I know, walang age requirement ang 191. Heto nakalagay sa immi website

You must:

You hold an eligible visa have lived for at least 3 years in a designated regional area

have had a taxable income at or above a specific income threshold for at least three years while holding your eligible visa have complied with the conditions of the eligible visa you hold or have held.

question lang po about Family Sponsored 491. currently po ang points ko kasama pati +15

80 points total na po.

yung related namen taga Perth po. may chance po ba kaya kame mainvite? its it the higher the better kind of situation kapag family sponsored po?
