85 points with an old date of effect, nagkaroon, pero selected occupations lang yun.

Due to covid, maraming nakapila, so dapat nasa upfront ka sa mataas na points. Possible ka makaangat if more than 100 points, and kung lumuwag sila na maginvite na maraming occupations.

As far as I know, walang age requirement ang 191. Heto nakalagay sa immi website
You must:

You hold an eligible visa

have lived for at least 3 years in a designated regional area

have had a taxable income at or above a specific income threshold for at least three years while holding your eligible visa

have complied with the conditions of the eligible visa you hold or have held.

I have checked the immi website, sabi dun with the 191 visa:

work and study anywhere in Australia
sponsor eligible family members for permanent residence
if eligible, become an Australian citizen.

For number 2, meaning we can already sponsor family members kahit di pa tayo citizen?

@EricTC pwede mag sponsor na ang PR for 491 FS as long as nasa regional ka. Hindi ko lang alam kung may number of years dapat na nakatira ang PR sa regional bago makapag sponsor. Hinahanap ko din kasi yon since may ssponsor-an kami na kamag anak. Pero nag lodge na lang kami ng EOI for 491 FS. Since mababa lang allocation for 491 FS, ineexpect na namin na di maiinvite agad agad.

example, Engineer ako from 2015-2019

then promoted to Senior Engineer 2019-present.

pero sa EOI ko, nalagay ko lang is Senior Engineer - present. Magkakaproblem kaya ako if ever? Naglodge ako invitation recently for SA 491. so waiting pa sa response.

Pero sa EA assessment ko, assessed naman yung 2015-present na work ko and isang line entry lang sya. Thanks!

Hi everyone, need your thoughts on the following:

NBI- ok lang ba Multi-purpose ung nakalagay? hindi naman sinabi sa DHA dba na dapat for Australia migration purposes? may NBI na kasi ako last June so I will use it then.

Tourist visa application while Visa 491 will be lodged- I currently have a tourist visa application still under further assessment for my December 2022 holiday plans and to make use of the waiver for my expired and unused Tourist visa last 2020 due to pandemic. In the event that I will lodge a Visa 491, hindi naman to maging conflict or issue tama?

Medical fee- Visa 491 is still a temporary visa right? so upon setting an appointment for medical, am I right that I will pay for a temporary visa fee and not for permanent visa?

Need anyone's thoughts for me to have an affirmation on my own understanding on my case para di magkamali.

Thank you for those who can share some advice or answers.

No conflict sa police clearance. May barcode naman kung gusto ng DHA magverify

Alam na ng St. Lukes yan or Nationwide Health System. Iba ang presyo ng medical ng 189 and 190 vs 491.

Hindi siya magcoconflict kasi idedeclare mo yan sa application mo sa 491 na may tourist visa ka na sa AU.

Upon lodging a visa on employment portion, the thing is I have a new employer started last June 2022 and I am still in probationary period. This new job, hindi pa kasi qualify for assessment and so hindi ko pa inupdate sa assessing authority kasi irrelevent naman and di pa pasado sa requirements na at least 1 year. Pwede ko naman isama to sa employment list ko dba pero I will just tick "NO" for the following questions: do you claims points for this employment? and is the employment related to the nominated occupation?, tama ba na NO but I will just attach contract and payslips?

Thank you in advance sa maka advice.

I clarified the same question re: medical fee. I chose temporary as well with the same idea in mind (491 applicant here) but upon paying the fee on-site, the cashier charged me the cost of permanent visa. She explained that I needed to undergo and pay the HIV test listed on my health exam request, which temporary visas do not have.
