if 491 Family Sponsored - Any suburbs, except Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane,

if 491 State Sponsored - Check mo yung conditions dun sa pinirmahan mo dun sa nagsponsor state sa iyo. Then you ask permission in writing if it is okay to relocate in another regional area. Then provide justifications. If pumayag sila, pwede ka lumipat, lipat ka. You do this in writing as a proof and supported by documents.

8579 While you are in Australia, you must live, study and work in an area that is on the list of designated regional areas in an instrument.

If you hold a subclass 491 visa, the area must have been on the list of designated regional areas on the date we granted your visa. So, it can be any states? I just need to write down letter and justify that i might move to another states? Correct me if im wrong

The nominating state government would generally require you to make a commitment of residing and working in the designated area of which you were nominated.

Just ask permission if they allow you in writing and provide justufiable reasons why do you want to transfer in another state. Provide them basis. Syempre magstay ka muna ng ilang months para majustify mo.

Pag pumayag sila. Okay. Para you are in a safe side kung magapply sa future visa.

How long has it been since you applied? Yung nakalagay kasi sa website is longest yung 12 months, so kami yun na yung sinet namin na expectation.

G'day! Question lang po how to start. . PR na po ako sa Oz for almost 4years now.

My brother is a registered Nurse sa Philippines and he's currently working in Germany. Di nya naPassed yung language exam, so I suggest to him dito na lang sya sa Australia. I've checked the 491 pwede namin sya maSponsored. Im living now in Brisbane and planning to move in regional areas like GCoast.

So how can we start po, any suggestions kung ano2 mga dapat namin iready & /or iprocess.

And do u think ok yung 491 visa. Or better of magStudent sya. Or mag 189 or 190?

Btw 34yrs old na po yung brother ko. And may more than 10yrs experience nang Nurse sa Philippines. And mag 1yr palang sya sa Germany.

Not sure if eligible sya for 491 FS if plan nyo pa lang lumipat to Gold Coast. He might have better chances sa 189 and 190. Kung nurse naman I'm sure kasama yan sa priority occupations.

question, sino po dito ang nag process thru agent visa fee? pano nyo po binayaran ang visa nyo?

we are going to use our credit card and ang sabi ni Agent kelangan namin ibigay ang photo front and back ng credit card sa kanya? ok lang ba yun? or kung yun ba ang tamang process ng mga agent? or dapat ba kami ang mag bayad direct sa Immi bigyan nya lang kami ng link?

Lahat ng police clearance ko - 3 countries, di pa ready nung nag lodge ako. So to follow sila kahit naka lodge na ung visa. pwede ka mag attach ng docs after mag lodge.

Thank u po for your reply, as per my agent when we asked then to lodge even walang police clearance, her response was "this is not possible at this stage as the syatem will not allow us to proceed with tje submission of the application. If we try to override this - your application might be refused" 😔
