Hi MsRhea paano po kung ang 1 year na deducted ng vetassess during assessment ay “no” ang nailagay ko sa tanong na “is this employment related to nomination?” I just breakdown the year na deducted ng vetassess at ang positively assessed but same company, same job post lang sila. Dapat ba yes ang sagot sa tanong na “is this employment related …?”

Pa piggyback lang po sa question, sorry. haha. Bali ilang years po ang maximum allowance before you need to make your first entry from grant date?

grant date ->[number of years] -> first entry. ilan yung nasa enclosed bracket at kung start ba ng countdown eh from grant date? thanks.

Hi miss @RheaMARN1171933, with visa 491 (applied with partner points), may possibility po ba na sabay magrant ang visa together with partner? Or need muna maapprove ng main applicant before i-apply ng subsequent entrant 491 (partner)? Nakareceive kase ako ng pre-invite for SA.

Hi @gerchitect I think ung Architectural, Building and Surveying Technician is more on-site, nagaassist ka s site overall like supervising and inspecting construction sites, estimating time, costs and resources, inspecting plumbing work, and collecting and evaluating survey data and preparing maps and plans. I think we are the same architectural background if im not kistaken. D2 sa tassie un NEC is more on site work different from architectural draftsperson. I hope nakatulong to para s cover letter mo

Hello po. question lang po turning 38 yrs old na ako this yr, diba po may rule na ung applicayio ng PR pede sa ika 3rd yr? pero at that tym 41 yrs old na ako.. makakapagaaply pa ba ako ng citizenship after 5 yrs which is above 45 yrs old na ako? salamat po

Ang alam ko po ay mas mahirap lang na makakuha ng visa pag 45++

Sabi sa website pwede daw hanggang 59 yung sa citizenship 🙂

Hi Guys. I Badly need your advice. I took my English test thrice. Sa kasamaang palad, isa ako sa mga naexpired and EOI during the pandemic. May tiyahin ako sa AU na pumayag mag sponsor sakin. kaya lang I'm turning 40 next month and and maximum lang na points ko ay 70 to 80 points. May ilalaban pa po ba ito sa job code ko na 263111? Kahi kung wala na talaga I'll give up on my AU dream and maybe try CA nalang 🙁

The job market depends on what job you're looking for. Defence jobs are for citizens only. For most jobs, you just have to stress that you have full working rights. There is a labour shortage here as well, so if you are a good fit for the job and have full working rights, the visa type shouldn't be a big issue.

More than the visa, the bigger issue for new immigrants in any state is that employers tend to prefer applicants with local work experience.

Hi question lang po. If nagrant na po ang 491 visa skilled work regional, Do i only need to stay in the given nominating state? or I can stay in different state as long as it is regional area? Thanks!
