Migration program is open, states and territories are accepting nomination applications but for onshore applicants only.

Migration program is open, states and territories are accepting nomination applications but for onshore applicants only.

Thank you so much po. Our application is offshore po, hopefully next year they will accept again application for 491.

You can create your EOI anytime..EOIs are active in Skillselect system for 2 years

Hi everyone, yung husband ko po has positive skills assessment and more than 5 yrs work exp as per ACS. Based sa NSW 491 kasama yung anzscode (263111) nya sa pwedeng mag apply.

Question po, advisable ba na magsubmit ng EOI sa Skillselect for visa 491 kahit na Feb2021 pa magoopen ang state for said visa? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Hi. Mag tanong po ako regarding sa rules ng Age limit ng immi for getting the maximum points na 30pts. Ano po ba ang tamangg rules dito? Yun age bracket ng 30points ay hanggang 32y/o lng ang pede. Pede ko ba maclaim ang 30 points kahit lampas 32years old ka na ako (lets say lampas ng ilang months and days)? At saka etong rules ba na eto ay applicable lng ba sa sa time ng lodging ng EOI or PR visa or di kaya sa time ng ITA result? Mag 32 years old pa lng ako on April 2021 next year. Hanggang kelan ako dapat mag lolodge? Else, i will get only 25pts.

Tanong lang po, yung brother ko po sana is mag apply ng visa subclass 491 (family sponsored). Nandito po ako sa Adelaide. I've been here and working full time for 2 years now. Sponsor ko po sana sya, ang kaso po eh kaka-apply lang po namin ng wife ko ng house loan, so most of our savings will be going to the house deposit.

Makaka-apekto po ba iyon pagdating sa financial assessment kung eligible ko sponsor yung brother ko? Thanks po in advance

Follow up question about age... my husband is turning 45 in March 2021. There is an age limit for 190 and 491 right? when does the cut-off apply? should be less than 45 years old upon nomination (from state), or invitation (from dha)? Thank you po sa sasagot.... so slim na po yun time

Invitation from DHA..usually naman it follows immediately pagapproved ng state sponsorahop

Any of your dependents who can comply for the 191 reqs can be the main applicant.

Hi mam. If your husband received the invitation ng 45 yo sya, ok po yun. Pasok pa siya. However, if lampas 45 yo napo siya and wala pa siyang invite, i think hindi na siya eligible.

Thats my thought. Correct me if im wrong. ☺️

Hi sir, ask ko lang dinala mo ba si wife as dependent? I'm planning also to list my wife as my dependent if maapprove yung 491 VISA ko which is family sponsored VISA.

If you have included her on your EOI so you can add her as dependent.
