Inabot ka na rin pala ng 1 year ano? Based from the comments that I've read here yung iba 10 months lang meron na grant. I guess it's really a case to case basis. I wonder how this will affect our medical exams. Kasi I read on their site na 6 months lang yung validity ng exams if you signed a health undertaking. Will have to renew na rin yung ibang documents ko kasi mag-eexpire na this April.

Ganitong ganito din feeling ko ngayon. Hahaha. Mas naiinip sila kaysa sakin since nung time na naPR sila around 3-4 months lang daw hinintay nila kaya nahahawa na tuloy ako sa inip nila. Hahahaha

Regarding skilled visas, kapag nagadd ka po ba ng dependent spouse (married / not de facto) need pa rin magbigay ng evidence ng nature of household, social aspects, and nature of commitment? Like kasing busisi rin po ba ng typical na partner visas?

For spouse no. Marriage cert ok na usually. Pag de facto, I think mas madaming documents needed to establish relationship.

For expiring documents, do you directly upload the updated docs sa ImmiAccount lang? Since greyed out na yung mga categories, can I upload them as "other documents"?

Nag-expire na kahapon (March 14, 2024) ang medical certificate namin while waiting for almost a year.

Do you think we need to re-do the medicals again? Or just wait na lang? Thanks!

NBI (and other PCCs) ba ito? I think you can still upload them in the same section as you did previously. We were able to do that while waiting for grant before.

Pero kung hindi na talaga pwede, ok lang rin naman yan sa Other Docs. 🙂

If you are confident that you are in great shape, then just wait for the CO to contact you about it. Meron rin na-grant dito na hindi pinaulit e. Sayang gastos kung gagawin nyo na tapos ma-grant na rin naman pala. Hehe. 🙂

Still awaiting for grant hehehe. Kung ni lodge agad namin yung visa kasama na sana kami sa MArch 2024 grants. Umabot pa kami first week april bago nag lodge hehehe.

The pain and value of days will cost us few months if really wala na places for SC190.

Same for me. We waited til April first week before we lodged our 190, even if we got our final invite from march 1st week. Umasa kasi kaming magkaka invites ng 189 since may relatives kami from SA and NSW para mas madali mag adjust ng life, kaya last option na sana namin VIC pero after waiting 1 month pinush na namin kaysa sagarin pa ung 60 days ng expiry ng invite.

I called Immigration last Monday nagbabakasakali if they will give any information on the 190 application status of my husband kc turning 12 months na this coming first week of April. Wala silang update if the application is within processing timeframe. Nag ask din ako if may quota for 190 grants this financial year, there is no quota daw for 190 grants. Only for parents and partner visa may quota. So hopefully totoo para di na tayo mag wait for next FY for grants.

wow sana nga totoo. Pero paano yung planning levels nila for 190 which limits the number of grants within a FY. Medyo inconsistent sila a pero sana magfavor satin inconsistencies nila. haha
