I think applying for SC600 Business Stream is fine while awaiting 190 grant.
Magkaiba namang subclass yun. By the time your 190 is granted, you can cancel 600 (if mauna yung 600).
Sa case ko kasi baliktad, I have valid sc600 then I read that 190 will override it upon the grant.
If unsure, it's better to drop an email to immi. I remember when I applied for SC600, I clearly stated on my cover letter that I intend to live permanently in AU hence I have active Skillselect application waiting to be invited. Ilagay mo na din sa cover letter mo yang situation mo just so the immi is aware of your background agad agad. 🙂
