sabi na e, wala na kasing planning. Pero sana pagpasok ng July 1, mas bumilis.. and hoping by May 14, mas mataas ang allocation for grants.

Yes still a long way to go ,based on the FOI analysis by Gregr, the FY grants are greater than the lodgments made as at 31 March 2024 ,they were able to shave off 12.8K from last year's backlog.

The situation over-all is 25% better compared to last FY were we saw May 23 and June 23 at 15K lodgments

Processing times is expected to hover at 12-14 months next FY

Oo nga noh, depende pa kung 30k ulit ang allocation nila for 190. if mas mababa, mas mababa din yung average per month nila.

As per the excerpt from above: Nomination allocation is NOT EQUAL to number of grants limit per FY.

Pero base sa mga computations I saw here sa forum, parang hindi naman ganun yung nangyayari.

Hoping na masbumilis pa yung paggrant nila in the next coming months.

This is serious na finding po, can you share po what was the S57 about? They are sending this to those who are about to get a refusal afaik. Is advisable to seek a legal and professional advice to cater such cases .

Question po: naka 482 visa po ako ngaun. Gusto ko sana kunin ung mag ina ko s pinas kaso diagnosed po ung anak ko ng asd. pg nag medical sya cguro mkikita un. May nababasa ako n hindi pwede kasi kelangan nya makapasa, may nababsa nmn ako n walang paki ang govt since hindi nmn sya under ng medicare. Meron po bang nka experience neto o meron b kyong kakilala na prehas na nadala ung anak dito kahit my asd ung bata? Salamat.

Hindi po po naeexpire yung sa medical nyu? Medj concern ko po din kasi to if ever tumagal pa yung grants na maeexpire na yung medical. Kelangan bang ulitin yun? Extra gastos kasi if ever.

unfortunately, if the CO requests it to be redone, there is no other choice but to redo po 🙁 not just medical, pero pati po yung police/NBI clearance minsan pinapa-redo nila...
