based on my personal experience...
First name sa forms or any assessments (e.g. PTE) = First name + Middle name.
Kasi they will cross refer sa passport mo which has First name, Middle name & Last name
Kaso they usually only have First name and Last name fields.
Need na maverify in full yung nasa passport details mo so best to include 'First name + Middle name' for any First name fields sa mga forms.

My personal experience naman- sa EOI stage and lodgement hindi ko na nilagay yung middle name sa first name fields, pero napansin ko sa acknowledgement of lodgment details di naka indicate yung middle names namin pero kahapon when i received the S56 and under sa applicant details inindicate na nila including our middle names , hindi rin kami nag update ng declaration of incorrect answers , so ayun inupdate na din mismo ng CO.

Hello, I saw a post from traci migration na nagcoconduct ng thorough checking si DHA sa previous at current visa application to see any discrepancy daw na pwede maging basis to refuse visa application. By the time we lodged our PR visa, I didn't check my previous visa application which was lodged by an agent. The difference na nakita ko is about the other identity documents. My agent before said 'no' and this time I said 'yes'. Could this be a problem?

need your help po! ung last two records sa immigration account ko ay for my dependents. pero ndi ko muna cla isasama sa visa application, yun din nilagay ko nung naffill up ako ng lodgment. tlaga bang ganeto na may portion pa rin cla sa document part? may kailangan ba ako na iaattach? thankss

Congrats!! Glad to know granted ka na. Umuusad na talaga from Nov 2023 lodgement. Kaunting kembot nalang for us na early 2024 lodgement yaay. 🥹🥹🤞🏼
