Praise God approve npo ang PR visa nmin from Dec 2021 lodging ng Visa 186 Direct entry (DE) stream, na approve po ng Feb 22, 2022 (OFFSHORE/PMSOL). ung inaantay po nmin 189/190/491 since 2019 (3yrs) hindi npo na invite consideing PMSOL kaya tried other option po using an agent to look for employer n mag nominate and issue ng PR sa family nmin. Finally, long wait is completed.

Kasi pag titingnan natin yung Attachment of Documents na Section, nakalagay kasin dun na "Qualifications - Overseas, Evidence of" & "Work Experience - Overseas, Evidence of" . Yung "Overseas" na term dyan covers all qualifications & work experience outside Australia.

@Hunter_08 Sir, di po ba "Yes" ang dapat sagot dito ni @Lou27? Same kami ng situation, dito sa Pinas lahat ng work experience ko, YES ang sinagot ko. To my understanding, itong overseas na term po na ginamit ng department means outside "Australia". Kasi pag titingnan natin yung Attachment of Documents na Section, nakalagay kasin dun na "Qualifications - Overseas, Evidence of" & "Work Experience - Overseas, Evidence of" . Yung "Overseas" na term dyan covers all qualifications & work experience outside Australia.

I agree, dapat po ang sagot diyan is YES based sa understanding ko rin 🙂

Honestly, now I am confused. For those who just submitted their visa, baka you can weigh in by checking your submitted applications. @danj @Desert_Cowboy may I seek your input? Baka some of us are guided by agents. 🙁

Yes ung sagot jan. Overseas employment is ung employment outside australia.
