Hi, tanong lang po. I got nominated for visa 491, pero biglang hindi na pwede yung employer ko sa state na yun. Now I got a job offer pero sa different state na, okay lang ba to apply for nomination sa another state?

Same understanding po with @Desert_Cowboy . Overseas means outside of AU which includes your experience in PH. 🙂

To my understanding, itong overseas na term po na ginamit ng department means outside "Australia". Kasi pag titingnan natin yung Attachment of Documents na Section, nakalagay kasin dun na "Qualifications - Overseas, Evidence of" & "Work Experience - Overseas, Evidence of" . Yung "Overseas" na term dyan covers all qualifications & work experience outside Australia.

I agree, dapat po ang sagot diyan is YES based sa understanding ko rin 🙂

Yes ung sagot jan. Overseas employment is ung employment outside australia.

We issued statutory declarations po including some of our family members and long-time friends. You would want to cover the financial and social aspects of the marriage, including household arrangements and long-term commitment.

For example, sa financial, you can present bank statements or titles that you both own, remittances, proof of pooling of funds, etc. Sa social, yung Facebook posts before and after the wedding, of course wedding photos, invitations, etc. As long as it's genuine, madaming proof actually lol. Marriage certificate lang ginmit ko sakin. Tapos birth certificate ng mga kids.

Kailangan din ng proof of functional English. CEMI (Certificate of Ebglish as Medium Of Instruction) binigay ko para do na mag exam ng PTE.

boss, question. if you don't mind, do you have kids? kasi ako de facto partner ang route ko, we have pictures, made a stat dec, bank statements, + the birth cert of our kids, proof of living in the same address. isip ko kasi as long as we have kids, that's proof enough. hehe

No kids pa po. Clarify ko lang -- the reason we had to submit a lot of documents kasi hindi kami living in the same address when we submitted our documents as she's abroad working and I'm here in Manila working also. I guess that's the reason why the CO requested for additional proof.

I think the docs that you mentioned po is ok but the final say is still with the CO. 🙂
