Normally manggagaling yan affidavit sa Attorney at may format na sila then sa harap ng attorney fifillupan yan, i-tatype. Aask nila mga details but important is hihingi sila ng copy ng valid id ng boss mo.

Yes and no. Dapat talaga Boss mo kasi cya ang mag tetestify sayo, so meaning siya ang nag kkwento, but syempre mas alam mo kung anung mga details at proper format na need mo for the assessing body so ikaw na ang gumawa at pa review mo na lang sa kanya dahil nakakahiya naman.

Affidavit ang gamit sa PH kasi walang Statutory sa Pinas while sa ibang bansa like dito sa Singapore, may Statutory Declaration, use the Stat dec template pag available ung stat dec sa country.

I recently submitted my application to vetassess as construction project manager occupation, then I received a notification of insufficient evidence of task perform. I need to provide another evidence like drafting and design, technical specs of the project, and email thread involving me and stakeholder.
Si company ko po is medyo strict regarding sa mga files so hindi po ako makakuha ng mga requested docs. mag gagawa na lang po sana ako ng affidavit for these documents, pwede po ba na yung senior project manager na lang po ang maging witness instead of the director na nakapirma sa statement of service ko?
si senior pm po kasi pinoy and nasa pinas whereas si director is nasa AU.
