Questions regarding Initial Entry Date

of course iba iba nmn ang conditions ng bawat country, so yun ang objective ng PDOS, para malaman mo ang mga basic things you need to know per country of destination.

Hehe, lubusin ko napo, ok lang po ba na nde po kme magksabay magIntial entry ni husband? Ako po ung main applicant, pro mauuna po sa aken ng pasok sa AU si husband. Ala po bang magiging problema sa ganong setup? Yung grant notification lang po ba ang kailangan po sa akin ni husband pagpasok nya po sa AU?

@anastacia0228 paki check po ang visa conditions nyo. Baka merong nakalagay na hndi pwdd mauna ang secondary applicant..

pwede nmn po umuwi:

hindi dapat lumampas ng 12 months na wala sa AU sa loob ng 4 years,
AT hindi din dapat lumagpas ng 90 days na wala sa AU ( 12 months prior to application date)
eto pa, hindi dapat tumira ng more than 90 days sa bawat lugar overseas, para hindi kayo i-require ng Police Clearance overseas.

eto po normally ang nakalagay sa secondary applicant:

Visa Conditions: 8502

8502 - Must not enter Australia before specified person

The holder of the visa must not enter Australia before the entry to Australia of a person specified

in the visa.

if ever po ba mauna ang secondary applicant pumunta sa Oz, posible ba na una siyang mag-apply ng citizenship? o dapat po mauna mag-apply ng citizenship ang primary applicant? and if ever po ba mauna ang secondary applicant, pwede na din kaya siya mag-apply ng medicare?

they would not put the IED and the Visa Expiration Date for nothing..

I did not mention the Expiry date of VISA because it is self explanatory .... I was referring to the period from time the initial entry is made and the expiry date .. I would assume people would not apply for a visa then enter after the expiry

there is actually an effect.. especially if you entered with less than 4 years before your visa expiration date.. you will need an RRV to re-enter AU after your visa expiration date....

thanks @lock_code2004 , isang hirit na lang na tanong medyo off topic, wala kasi kame kilala talaga sa australia kaya kung mag initial entry kame saglit lang din. san ba pinakamalapit na state/city from manila? I assume yun yung medyo mura pamasahe. then ok lang ba na di muna kumuha ng TFN, apply ng bank acct, centrelink etc. as in entry lang talga parang vacation?

@emboll33 - googlemaps... geographically pinakamalapit sa manila ang Darwin, NT.

may direct PAL flights now..

pero kung mag IED kana rin lang, bakit di pa mamasyal,

maraming murang flights to sydney/melb/perth (Air asia via KL, Tiger via SG)

yes, okay lang nmn na hindi pa gawin ung mga TFN, medicare, banks.. etc.

thanks @lock_code2004 ,honga naisip ko nga din sayang naman ang travel, at inisip ko din syempre budget.nakikita ko sa perth mas mura ang airfares. try ko tiger via sg if ever mag lay over dun ng ilang days dun kasi nkabased sister ko madalaw na din.

oo alam ko ang expiration date ang ibig kong sabihin ganito inde naman siguro sasayangin ng tao yung inapply nyang VISA at sigurado ako inde sya mag sstay sa labas ng australia hanggang mag expire ang visa nya so out of the debate na yung expiration date oo gets ko yung RRV ..... so it mean e babalik at babalik sya before mag expire and visa nya ....

nabasa ko din na ang RRV is applicable only if bumalik sila after the expiration date ...

ang effect lang naman e yung matatagalan ka mag apply ng citizenship which i think is not a very big deal since PR sya he still enjoys the all the benefits that a citizen got ... pwera lang ang bumoto

@lock_code2004 ...sir..ask ko lng...tungkol sa IED,.. pede bng pag punta mo ng Australia,,dire diretso na?,,or need pa talagng lumabas ng Australia...let's say you have a place to stay na tlga,,ty 🙂
