Yes, you can still lodge for 190 NSW but you have to cancel your ongoing 491 SA visa application. And no, you cannot refund any visa application fee.
hello sir. where does it say specifically that we have to cancel pending visa application? I did get a warning, see below. But I was able to push through with the 190 application, no errors or warning.
Talked to several agents, it seems that as long as the 491 is not yet granted, the 190 can be lodged - which is what happened. if in case the 491 is granted, the 190 can still be granted as well as the most beneficial visa that will be honored. the 190 will just override the 491.
