hi guys, sino nag apply ng 491 sa nsw? nag apply kasi ako sa isang state kaso nung nag check ako sa state na yun onshore lang pala late kasi yung update nila. Ngayon gusto ko lumipat sa ibang state na pwede ang offshore pwede pa kaya yun? magiging dalawa na ROI ko pero yung isa naman hindi pwede ang offshore.. late kasi nag update ang mga state 🙁

Yes pwede ka magsubmit ng ROI sa ibang state kung eligible ka.

Yes pwede ka magsubmit ng ROI sa ibang state kung eligible ka.

Hi hikari.. sorry not state but Nsw region. Nag apply kc aq sa riverina kaso hindi pala for offshore nakalagay sa RDA riverina pero sa NSW website pwede i think RDA ang masunod. Now may isang region na pwede offshore kaso possible kaya yun? Magiging dlawa na ROI ka nakalagay kc sa website isang ROI lang.

Hello everyone! My husband and I already lodged our EOI last November 2021. We saw that our occupation Systems Analyst has already been marked eligible for offshore applications in South Australia.

If the guideline says "You must have at least 8 years of work experience in your nominated or closely related occupation.", does it mean we should use the assessed number of skilled working experience from ACS or your exact working experience?

Kasi for our case, we've been working for 10 years already however, ACS subtracted 4 years of working experience because we both graduated from an Engineering course. Kasi if not based sa ACS results, qualified na kami.

I got a pre-invite from them where they also asked for my CV, so I thought they'll use it too as reference. But no, it was purely the assessed one. Learned it the hard way, mine got rejected after.

Most likely marereject to kasi they will see na less than 8 yrs pa exp, could also negatively affect subsequent visa applications

No chance ma-invite. The nomination application costs 336AUD too so sayang. Better wait na magbago ung restriction nila na yun or try other regions.

Hi @chemron9400, ang pagkakaintindi ko dito, isang ROI lang per "submission window". March is the last window though. Sinabi naman nila na yun can apply for another NSW region in the later "submission window". So technically pwede pero aantayin mo lang ang next submission window kung di ka nabigyan ng invited dun sa region na nauna mong napili.

Question lang po, planning to submit ROI to South Australia, they need us to submit an essay on how applicant will bring new ideas, skills, innovation to South Australia and contribute to South Australia’s Growth State priority industry sector. Anyone here na nakagawa na nito? Would like to have an idea lang pano to. Thanks!

Just submitted my ROI in Northern Rivers this month, kaso intense po pala ang flooding dun.

Hello. Ask ko lang po yung ganitong situation ng sister ko. She got pre invite sa far south coast nsw around November 2021. She waited for the nomination approval and got the approval and invite February 17,2022. She is about to lodge her application only to find out na her skills assessment expired February 14,2022. Di nya pinroblema kasi all along akala nya ok naman kasi may pre invite na sya then naexpire nasa kanila na application. Now meron na sya new skills assessment pero natatakot sya maglodge na. Meron na lang sya one week to lodge bago maexpire ang final invite.

Tama po ba ang gagawin nya na mag procees sa visa lodging and attach old and new skills assessment or should she let go of the invite and make a new EOI with a new skills assessment?
