Dunno if this was answered before, pero curious lang what are the things na chinecheck nila during the physical exam part of the medical exam?

Does it include stripping down to check for lumps etc? Or just getting some vitals?

Also, is there any way to prepare for it (diet or any other physicals?)

I’m generally healthy and physically active but I wanna know if I can do something po in the short span that I have before the medicals po. Haha. Medyo kinakabahan. Lol.

Wala naman hubadan na naganap ,pinasuot lang kami nang lab gown , sunod sunod na afterwards,mabilis lang yung proseso, di ka maiinip haha. Don’t forget to smile sa photo op 😜

Prepare - have a good rest the night before tyaka hydrate well and kalma lang .

Ah okay po. Kasi naririnig ko before sa mga kamaganak ko po na nagpapamedical for US may hubaran at kapaan na naganap (tunog spg withouth the context. Lol).

Napaisip ako if need ko ba magprepare mentally or physically. Hahahaha

Not needed sakin. Ilalagay naman nila sa letter kapag nagpa appoint ka na depende sa tests na gagawin sayo. If sg ka, need mo ng printed covid vax certificate from NIR Singapore. Yun ang hiningi sakin sa counter sa SATA AMK.

Hi everyone.

Just sharing my experience with SLEC BGC.

1) They entertained me po kahit na maaga ako nakarating. My sched is 2:30. Pero around 1:00 pm noong dumiretso na ako sa clinic pinaproceed na agad ako sa mga tests.

2) I had to remove my shirt for xray. Then I had to strip (except underwear) for the physical exam. Buti walang butas yung brief ko. Hahaha. Jk.

3) Di na ako nirequire mag urine sample. Di na daw kailangan for AU applicants.

4) I was able to pay using CC. With additional payment for HEPA tests, my bill is around 10,400. Not sure if may extra charge sa CC.

5) I had to restyle my hair kasi nakakasagabal sa picture (naka gel kasi so I had to go to the bathroom para itaas yung bangs ko). I had a small earring pero di na pinatanggal.

Yun lang po. I have to wait 3-5 working days daw po if may additional test regarding bloodwork. If not daw sila na bahala mag upload sa embassy/ e-medical.

So ayun short waiting period para makita if updated na yung health clearance sa application page.

P.S. 3 months - 90% processing for 189. Kaka-update lang nila. 😱😱

Nag SLEC ako kasi may CC payment option. Broke AF dahil sa migration process.. :s

Last 20-Nov nagpamedical kami sa NHS Makati then kinabukasan agad nag-update na ung sa mag-ama ko pero ung sakin until now 'Examinations in progress' padin.

Nag-ooverthink nako dito 😃 we're expecting na sabay2 result namin since sabay din kami nagpamedical na family.

Nag-follow up din kayo sa clinic nung nadelay? Dami ko tanong ganto talaga ata pag nagooverthink ng malala 😃

yes, cleared naman lahat. nung nagclear na sa husband ko, nag follow up na ako agad. kinabahan ako mhie! hahahaha. when i called their hotline, nakita nila na di pa daw nasubmit nung doctor yung file ko. (bakeeeeet!!!) tapos nag email din ako to provide my HAP ID. nabalikan naman ako agad, then nagclear na rin ako sa medical.

pasuspense pa no? haha cleared na yan!

Antayin mo lng...yung samin hindi rin sabay..monday kami nagpamedical after 2-3 days cleared yung sa wife and bunso ko...then next nclear sa weekend na samin lahat...
