Yeah I figured. So if i select ko yung Financial Investment Manager, where most sa mga tasks ay ginagawa ko, mahirap pa din kasi need ng license. Tama ho ba?
May mga administrative/assistant or generic ba sa ANZSCO listing po?
I agree with @lunarcat, better to consult po agents. However if you and your employer plan to do it DIY, need po ng extensive research and analysis. At the end of the day, ikaw mas nakaka-alam sa tasks mo. Depende sa occupation yung skills assessment requirement din. Suggested steps po for you to consider:
1) Select Occupation sa SOL - though limited lang MT ang LT, ang daming options for STSOL or ROL.
2) Look into occupations which is mostly similar sa tasks mo, ex , Personal Assistant. Check mo po sa AZSCO yung tasks if most of it matitick-off mo. I really suggest you check this occupation and note the Position Title doesn’t matter.
3) Employer Location - is it Syd, Mel or Bne? If yes, occupation in STSOL won’t be possible for Permanent visas. You can do 482 - short term. If location is in regional area, you may opt to go for 494 if they’re willing naman to offer and nominate.
Re Skills Assessment, if you really are doing those tasks, you just have to worry sa pagprovide ng evidences and properly drafting CVs, and Certification from employers. May number of yrs experience required for most occupations, so you need to consider as well. When it comes to qualification requirements (education level) consider mo din po kasi not all schools dito sa PH ka-level sa qualification ng AU. If not related ang qualification mo, a number of yrs may be deducted pa sa experience mo…
Need talaga through research kung DIY kayo, but even with agents it’s best to still research on your own po.
