Hi! Ask ko lang kung meron kayo marerefer na ok na driving instructor/school dito sa Canberra? Im planning to take the practical test by next month. Gusto ko sana maglesson muna kasi medyo iba din ang rules dito. Hope you can help me out. Thanks!

@fern Madaming mga apartment dito especially along flemington road malapit sa gungahlin. hope this helps.

@Annmaj thank you sa response. how much ba rent per week di pa kasali ang bills? may nakita kasi ako sa allhomes 150 excluding pa sa bills.. di ba medyo mahal sya?

@fern yung rent namin dito sa gungahlin 350 per week. meron din kami nakikita dati nung nagiinspect kami ng mga apartment, 300-400 aud / per week. depende sayo madami ka makikita sa domain at allhomes. lagay mo lang kung ano budget mo.

hello everyone, mag ask lang po ako sa Declaration of Financial Capacity. Dapat ba detailed ang ilalagay doon sa form na nasa website ng ACT? Like yung sa savings. Need pa ba ilagay ang account number? or deretso amount na lang? Kung properties naman po. need ba ilagay pa ang Title Number etc? or salable amount lang din. Thank you!

@malt ung s amin d n nmin nilagay ung account number and title # ng bahay, nilagay lng nman ung name ng account holder and name ng my ari ng property. amount lng. hope it helps.
