Hi everybody. First of all, i wish everybody success in their applications.

I've been in this journey since 2014, had an ss rejection from the NT last year, with a reason i don't really buy, but what can i do.

Had another opportunity this time with ACT and i hope this will be the opportunity we've been waiting for.

I would appreciate it very much if somebody can shed some light on the following:

Regarding the job ads, is it absolutely necessary for the location to be written? Considering they were all in filtered to come only from ACT.
Also on the ads will they accept contract/temp positions?

Sa dami kasi ng limitations, had a hard time meeting the required number of job ads kahit maraming available.

Last question po.

Re: family from other states, of course the main reason why we will not stay with them is because our occupation is not opened in their state, i have plenty more to say but i just want to get confirmation if it's alright to state the obvious.

@j0wnaGurl Hello po! Ano na po updates ninyu ngayon? Meron akong PM sayo po coz pareho tayo hindi related ang college degree sa nominated occupation na HR.

Gathering documents pa po kami at this stage before sending to VETASSES for assessment. Thank you po.

First of all, this is a great forum for pinoys planning & living in Aus.

Great insights and contributions by all.

Second, i'm still in manila, working on my docs to migrate to Aus, ACT that is. and now processing my ACT Nomination requirements.

My question, about the Declaration of Financial Capacity, in visa190 nomination guidelines, attachment B, is it what I can fill-up and use? or is it a guide and make something similar then have it Notarized?

I got an invite po for 190 ACT nomination, may I know po ano pong acceptable financial capacity for a family of 2 (myself and my spouse) ngayon po for ACT? And does it have to still be notarized po?

Wala kasi akong mahanap online na basis for ACT. Salamat sa makakasagot po.

I don't think may prescribed amount sila. I think you can check NT, meron silang table. The declaration needs to be notarized.
