im CE, with 10yrs experiences as civil draftsman, s EA b ko magpaassess or s VETASSES?

@berx If your code will be 312211 (Civil Draftsman) then ok lang na mag Vetasses. Pag sa EA kasi you still need to make CDR, sa Vetasses wala na.

Sakin may intro na ganito- "As a professional engineer, I need to continually develop my skills and obtain new ones to be able to effectively perform my duties. I learned both technical and non-technical skills during these trainings." (chos! not sure kung required 'to but positive naman ang assessment)

Then "Title of Training, Date and Place where the training was held"

Meron din ata kailangang masatisfy na number of hours for both technical and non-technical pero 'di ko na matandaan 'yung exact figure.

@she_pinay p/s I divided my trainings to 3 categories- Technical Training (eg. Mixed-signal, Low Power Technology, Cadence Tools, etc), Non-technical Training (eg. Communicating and Collaborating for Virtual Teams, Your Personal Branding, etc) and Private Study (ito 'yung mga source mo ng research or online case studies- EE Times, SOC Forum)

hello po!,,ok lng po ba magpaassess sa EA kahit hindi licensed eng dito sa pinas?..chem eng grad po ako with at least 5yrs exp as process eng sa oil and gas company,,tnx po

@chem_eng1234 hi! sa case ko hinanapan ako ng EA ng ECE license from PRC. and as per document checklist from MSA booklet "Registration certificate under the relevant licensing authority where applicable (e.g. Philippine Regulations Commission)"

Salamat po sa info/reply @dreamnthesea ,nabasa ko na rin ito pero medyo naguguluhan pa rin ako dahil yong engg technogist at saka engg prof, ang minimum requirements nila ay "Registration of licensing may be required" or "You will need to upload any evidence of your professional registration if applicable" at hindi "must be required".

or baka mag advice nlng sila to downgrade from engg prof to engg tech pagkatapos nilang ma assess ang mga docs?.sayang po kasi dahil parang dito ako mabibitin sa prc doc nang cdr.

Meron na po ba kayang hindi licensed dito and got a positive assessment from EA?,,tnx po

@chem_eng1234 hi, i think pag po yung work experience or role at cdr pasok s professional engr descrp you could get prof engr even hindi board passer. Sa case po ng hubby ko prof engr iniapply niya at nakuha niya positive result kahit walang prc

Check mo po siguro yung units and elements of competency sa MSA para mas malinaw po kung ano yung mas ok sa inyo

tnx @nehalem ..nabasa ko rin based kay @ShayShey na required yong prc if you're practicing engg here in phil but if you're currenty working as engineer abroad like mid east/sg, you can be assessed w/o prc license.

My options are:

1.) what if kung ang i apply ko for EA ay for Engg Tech nalang instead Prof Engg?

2.) I will apply in mid east nlng to get a job for 1-2yrs contract then from there i'll try to go for an EA assessment (total = 7yrs exp in phil + 2yrs exp abroad).

Any comments/recommendations/opinions/experiences will be highly appreciated po,.tnx

Hello everyone. Bago lang po ako dito and I want to seek an advise po. Currently nagaayos na po ako ng documents needed for EA assessment. Ang problem ko po is yung sa current company ko po dito sa Doha.

I am an engineer and my job is project coordinator. Pero ang visa ko po is cashier visa dahil di po makapagbigay ng female engineer visa ang company namin. So yun po yung nakaindicate sa RP ko. Although sa COE ko po and payslips, project coordinator po ang nakaindicate.

Pano po kaya ang magandang gawin? Posible po ba na hindi ito iinclude ng assessor sa experience ko kasi po complicated/contradicting ang mga docs?

Hi, tanong ko lang is australia still accepting engineering applicants as of the moment? i checked anzscosearch parang puno na ata for engineering? or magrenew sila ng requirements? thank you po in advance

@macman hindi pa naglabas officially ng bagong ceiling for each ANZSCO code para sa mga Engineers at lahat ng occupation, most likely the same as 2016-17 ceiling kasi 190,000 din naman ang target this 2017-18 same lang last year...

@misisabat ang isang way is kahit di mo na ipakita yung RP mo, ang ipakita mo nalang yung visa mo ang tanda ko nakalagay sa visa is 'WORK so sa tingin okay na as third party documentation. At isa pa di mo na kailangan ipatranslate ng RP mo kasi may mga Arabic doon. Galing po ako sa Qatar.... sana nakatulong..

@misisabat ok lng yan..bsta pasok k s c.e. job description..ung visa is work permit proof lng yan..tulad nung kakilala ko..clerk visa nya s uAe pero lahat ng docs nya s work iscivil engineer..wala nmn nagig problema s EA..
