491 Visa (Family Sponsored)

Hi Everyone,

I just would like to ask if meron pong naka-try na magsubmit ng application for 491 visa pero imbes na state nomination, family member sponsored po yung sponsorship.

Kung meron po, can you share your experience and process that you did po? Thanks po

Hi, I did the 491 FS sponsorship. It's essentially the same as 189 but with additional docs for the relative sponsorship part. Straightforward naman saken, I have the dates on my signature.

Uncle ko nagsponsor saken e. I submitted his birth cert, passport and cert of citizenship. Need din ng Statutory declaration na may pirma nya, nasa immi website yung template nun. Sa mom side ko naman (sibling ni uncle), I showed her birth cert as well to prove na related sila. Na CO-contact pa nga ako kasi initially marriage cert lang ng parents sinubmit ko, pero no issues naman til grant.

I feel I can answer this as well. Back then 4 na EOI meron ako (189,190, 491 for 2 different relatives of mine). Walang issue sa multiple EOIs. Just make one each for family and state sponsored.

Yes pwede yan. Wala namang bearing ang EOI e, hindi naman chinecheck ang details dyan. Think of it as a raffle entry, walang weight until mabunot. Nagmamatter yan pag visa lodge na. So you can make as many EOIs as you need

We’re planning palang po kasi may relative na dn po ako na nandun na. Nag-ask lang po Ako dto kasi curious lang po ako kung may nagrant na sa 491 FS. State nomination po kasi madalas ko nakikita sa mga FB groups.

I was invited with 95 points total back in 2020. Dati sinasagad ko lahat ng points kasi wala ako work exp at all, so lahat ng exam tinake ko (PTE/NAATI). Go for superior pts!

I think 1 year minimum na PR na nakatira sa regional, correct me if I'm wrong

hello po. mejo out of topic pero dito ko na po tatanong hehe. okay lang bang may nakalagay na for skills assessment or for overseas employment sa COE na i-aattach pag mag-apply na ng visa?

Hi question po. Can my uncle sponsored me for this type of visa? My uncle was my first cousin of my mother. Is that possible?
