491 Visa (Family Sponsored)

Uncle ko nagsponsor saken e. I submitted his birth cert, passport and cert of citizenship. Need din ng Statutory declaration na may pirma nya, nasa immi website yung template nun. Sa mom side ko naman (sibling ni uncle), I showed her birth cert as well to prove na related sila. Na CO-contact pa nga ako kasi initially marriage cert lang ng parents sinubmit ko, pero no issues naman til grant.

I also can't recall where I've seen this pero I know I read it somewhere haha. I think yan siguro ang safe timeframe at least? IDK I'm not an immigration expert lol

Nagdagdag din ako ng utility bills ng uncle ko like electricity para mapakita ang proof na ang address nya ay regional. Otherwise that's it. Simple lang haha

@MLBS may additional payment po ba na babayadan ang relative na magsponsor? haha or show money? or babayadan sa gov’t? para maipaghanda na kunsakali hehe.

you will enter yung postcode ng suburb ng sponsor. If it's not a regional area, dun palang sa stage ng eoi madedeny ka na kasi it will show a warning from what I've read here. Wala din show money ang sponsor or anything na babayaran, just the visa lodging fee itself. No extras

Hello everyone! Maari bang in law yung magsponsor sa applicant. For example kapatid ng asawa ng main applicant ang magssponsor.

Hi,nakalagay kasi dito pwede partner’s relatives. Kaso di lang namin alam pano process
