So may unique question po ako haha!

Sa Skills Assessment ko kasi, yung most recent employment ko during that time sinama ko sa assessment kasi gusto ko magclaim ng points for it.

During that time and after receiving the outcome, ang naassess lang is 3 months, since 3 months palang ako sa work by the time I submitted my application. Pero nagstay pa ako dun sa work na yun until maka 1 year para makaabot sa 3 year bracket for 5 points.

Would this cause confusion sa Victoria Nomination? Like hahanapan kaya ako ng proof since yung nasa Skills Assessment ko is 3 months pero yung nasa EOI ko is 1 year? Thank you!

Hindi nila yan ikakalito. Kasi alam naman nila proseso ng skills assessment that your current job included in the assessment is only assessable up to the same day you submitted the assessment.

Also, any proof of career episodes is only needed at the visa lodgment stage not on the nomination stage unless requested by them.

Two scenarios once you are in the visa lodgment stage already:

If you are still with the same employer up to present, it's better to ask for a new employment reference with job description signed and timestamped more recently before lodging your visa, as solid proof that you never left the employer.
Otherwise, if you are no longer with the employer, you still need to ask for a new employment reference, but it has to state the end date of your tenure with them.

Yes po na sign ko na cya tapos nag email narin na complete..pero pag e click ko parin yung submit application ang lumabas lang yung e rate lang cya tapos yung error

Hindi nila yan ikakalito. Kasi alam naman nila proseso ng skills assessment that your current job included in the assessment is only assessable up to the same day you submitted the assessment.

Yes po, additional documents yung English at Skills assessment kasi nagsskip talaga sa part na yun during submission. After 14 days approved na po, no additional inquiries.

After approval, nareceive din agad yung ITA from DHA, 1 min. lang pagitan ng dalawang emails na yun.

After approval, nareceive din agad yung ITA from DHA, 1 min. lang pagitan ng dalawang emails na yun.

Upload them. Dont wait for VIC to contact you. Sige ka, baka mag contact nga yan sayo pero rejection letter na, dahil hindi mo inupload evidence of partner points you are claiming for.

If I were you, I upload it. There's no harm in uploading it in advance, at the same time they are required to support your claimed points. Remember, CO is not obliged to ask for supporting documents and may decide immediately after reviewing your docs.
