Yes, it's okay to create another EOI exclusive for 190 NSW. This is also the recommended way of lodging EOIs (magkakahiwalay per state).

Hello po slamat s response. Concern number 1 naman po ang ng bobother skin. Kc i selected VIC, QLd and ACT, then I submitted ROI for VIC. This could not be affecting my ROI for VIC right? preference ko tlaga VIC pero if may opportunity s QLD and ACT why not db.?
i don't think EOI matters if mapre-invite ka ni Vic kasi di mo naman kelangan ideclare sa final nomination application. meron kasi yung question na yun sa final nomination application. in my case, may ITA ako sa SA491 so dineclare ko. then nagemail Vic asking na iwithdraw ko yung application ng SA but I am not sure why kasi after 60 days naman mawawalan na ng effect yung SA491. What I did nagsend ako ng screenshot ng EOI ko na SA lang and EOI ko na Vic lang. Then di sila sumagot. After two months, sumagot sila asking for the same (proof ng withdrawal ng other ITAs then proof na Vic lang nasa EOI ko). Nainvite din ako sa 189 kaya yun nilodge ko.
Then after 2.5 mos, naapprove ng Vic pre-invite ko kahit never ko na sinagot yung second request nila.
i see some people naman na nareject Vic 190 nila because they have ITA na from a different state.
Diko lang alam bakit pa sila naghintay ng sobrang tagal bago magdecide sa application ko and good thing meron din akong 189 kaya di ako ganun naanxious while waiting sa Vic190.
