Walang problema. Good luck, saw your timeline, sana masungkit mo na yung PTE. Hirap ng points system ngayon eh. And regarding yung agent, one advice I can give you, wag ka mahiya. Email mo, text mo or tawagan mo pag gusto mo. Bayad sila, trabaho nila yan. Hindi mo naman sila kinukulit or binabastos, yung relationship niyo is strictly professional. As a paying client, you have every right to contact them whenever you feel like it. I am sure they will not take it against you kahit gaano ka kakulit. all the best.

Thank you po again sir. I'll follow your advice po.
If hindi sila sumagot, I suggest tawagan mo. Kasi if kulit lang, I am sure sanay na sila diyan 🙂. Lahat tayo malamang makulit hehe.
And let's be honest, hindi di naman biro yung bayad. Really hope the best for you. Sobrang good luck talaga. And sobrang sana masungkit mo na yung PTE.
I agree with this. You should utilise your agent, that’s why you engaged one….but within reason as well and also being mindful to behave professionally and that agents are humans as well. Minsan there are clients also who make us feel - I’m paying you therefore you have to do this and that, the “entitled” syndrome. There are those, nakakuha na nga ng out of office reply na on leave yung agent, will resort to texting to get hold of the agent- e diba nga on leave? Taking a break from work like any human being would. Hindi naman urgent…I don’t think anyone finds it amusing to be chased about work whilst on leave. Some also think agents will do magic for them. Just be realistic with your expectations when engaging an agent. At the initial email, we always send them the Code of Conduct which all agents have to adhere to, not only that we are required to show this to clients, I think it’s a good practice from our end so that the client is aware of the professional standards they should expect from the agent. Also we provide factsheet about giving immigration advice just to remind clients to be aware of realistic expectations. Often times, client’s dissatisfaction with agents is due to wrong/unrealistic/misunderstood expectations.
If you have questions, always ask. If you have issues with your agent, voice it out so it can be cleared out. A perfect example was what was pointed out re invites, the client is frustrated kasi hindi inaupdate not knowing what happens in the background as far as agents are concerned. Aim to nurture your relationship with your agent as well. There’s also nothing worse than dealing with a client who’s demanding and with attitude or frustrated. Often times this can be avoided with the right attitude in dealing with issues. 😉
