Ang tanong ko, if 190 naman ang visa type namin, hindi ba magkaka problem un? Applicable na ba agad dun na dapat may RRV na ako?

I think u need RRV after 5 years pa after the grant. To secure rental property u need to show something for proof na you can pay the rent. If you have work here, show the contract or i thinj they will ask the details of your manager. If you have no work, show them the recent bank statement with funds. Thats how we secure our house. It took us almost two week from house inspection until moving day. Provided onti lang kayu na nag aaply dun sa house.

Hello! Almost same case tayo. We were granted last month ng SC 190 sa Victoria. Balak lang sana namin na mafulfill yung first entry then saka kami magBigMove once ready na talaga. I'm currently pregnant and plan sana namin manganak dun para citizen na agad si baby. Based sa nomination conditions kasi ng Victoria, nagclock in yung 2yrs reqt nila from time of arrival in AU. Eh need pa rin namin bumalik for work eventually after ng maternity ko. May mga nababasa at napapanood akong vlog na since wala naman daw visa conditions sa grant letter ay we can move, stay and magbalik-balik sa AU anytime. Mejo nalilito lang ako if super strict nila sa 2 yrs reqt na yun.

Saka pala after naming magfirst entry, baka stay kame for 3 months sa WA. Maka-affect kaya yun or anything for us?

Did you truly follow their condition na magpacheck up strictly after 4 weeks upon entry sa AU?
What tests were you required to undergo? Or pinagmeds lang po kayo?
May ginastos po ba kayo?

Hopefully someone can share their experience. I’m wondering kasi if may malaki palang gagastusin for this..

Timeline

mga 1 week before Christmas nag lodge na kami ng visa (482 Subsequent Entrant-de facto)

1st week January Medical (kasali Mantoux test)

1Feb 2023 Visa Granted. 🙂

Medyo smooth lang din kasi kasali na siya sa nomination ko for my 482, kaso lang na una lang ako dito.

Flight nya 3rd week ng March.

DIY lang din kami, guided her throughout the process (mag umpisa na kaya ako ng migration services? lol)

And thanks to the help from you guys dito sa forum. Going 1 year na ako dito, and it has been very helpful to me when I was on my way here, to now my GF coming over.

Kaya what better way to pay it forward than to help others aspiring to get here Down Under. Will stay online and provide info whenever I can about moving here, life, and whatever questions na kaya kong sagutin. hehe

Hello! I just filed provident claim last week. Mga 2-3 weeks daw ang release ng cheque. May possibility din na di nila alam ung visa na hawak mo bcos ung sakin muntik na di tanggapin dahil lang first time lang daw nila mag-handle nun. Nagsuggest pa sila na kelangan lumipad daw muna ako AU tapos balik to process the withdrawal. Maging firm ka lang and tell them na permanent departure at talagang iwiwithdraw mo na siya.

Anyone here who entered Australia after their grant, all the while working pa rin with their PH employer? My role's fully remote kasi (so can technically work anywhere) and I'm planning to do the same thing—secure property, then fly back to wrap up my work sa PH, then return again to AU permanently. Just want to make sure na pwede 'to, haha.

Congrats sa mga recent GRANTS and sa mga mag-BM soon 🙂 Di na ako nakapag-update dito but we have already moved to SA last December 2022. So far, so good! Good luck sa lahat and enjoy AU! 🙂

Depends po siguro. Sakin po from the date na nakalagay sa grant. Grant ko po is Jan 24 2023, first entry until Jan 24 2024 🙂

Inupload ko po nbi clearance ng november, clearance ng medical ng december.

Yun nga eh, walang direct answer eh no. Siguro with the NBI, madali nalang din naman magpa-renew at mura lang naman so no hassle dun.
